I visited here on several occasions in the last few months. During 2 of my last 3 visits I had the privilege of being served by a pretty lady named Sam. Both times the service was top notch and she brightened my day with her friendliness and nice smile. Although everyone here is nice and pleasant Sam shines above them all! And to Ken...someone whose name begins with the letter S may be deserving of a raise. Genuine sweetheart whose facial expression isn't constantly that of someone that just came from a funeral.Muskan is also always very nice and friendly. Good server.

Hubby and I wanted to catch the Oilers hockey game, sadly the hotel didn't get it on any of their channels so we went to BP. The staff were super friendly when I asked if they could turn on the game, they did no questions about it and even put the sound on. Spent a lovely evening, enjoyed delicious nachos and watched the oilers win!!

I ordered a gluten free perogy pizza. It was ridiculously small for 20.00! The pizza was good but the pizza "dough" was not a pizza dough, it was more like a bread - too thick and fluffy. It's bad enough restaurants gauge their customers relentlessly and shamelessly, but to be charged so much more and get so much less than others who order regular pizza dough is outrageous. I won't order from Boston Pizza again.

Food was good but our server showed unnecessary attitude. She treated us like we don’t belong to this world. She needs more practice on customer service. I know it’s not easy to perform on your bad days but you gotta do your duty girl. Sorry to give you 5% tips of what we eat. Please treat your other tables better since they are the reason you are earning your bread.

Food wise it's the same as any other, but this is the third time now at this location I've been seated with the kids and it's been upto 25 mins before we're seen, and even longer to get food or drinks. Just weird lack of service here compared to any other BP I've been

Since new ownership this place is not up to parr. not a great customer experience. Food now has far smaller sauce containers, the staff don’t understand corporate marketing policies, so overall poor experience. I hope ownership is happy that a loyal customer will choose a different location moving forward. Cloverdale and Walnut grove locations aren’t far so choose those over this one. Save yourself long waits poor service and lack of care overall .

Came with a group of people for a kids soccer party. Ordered the Cesar salad without croutons and an order of wings. I received 8 wings for $17 and a plate of lettuce with dressing. No bacon at all… what makes this a Cesar salad?Server could not be bothered to give us any attention. The 30 people should’ve been checked on more than twice

This was the worst service I've ever had! Mostly male workers and 2 females. Seated at the front entrance because the other area had a wheelchair propped with its handles on the table we were suppose to eat at. Not gonna happen! Waited 20 minutes before having to ask someone to take our order, brought a cold cup of coffee and had to return that. Waiter said he'd brew a fresh pot. Twice our table was approached with meals that were not ours. waiter felt bad so said he would give free dessert. Meal was brought at the same time the appetizers were. No plates, no silverware, no napkins . Sat there with no service and food getting cold for 10 min before we had to get up and ask for plates and napkins ect. No refills on any drinks, no water , no nothing. When we were leaving they just wanted to clear the dishes and not get the bill or boxes to take the remainder home in. So half hour or more to get the bill. All in all two and a half hours eating in at Boston Pizza when it should have been forty five minutes. With the dirtiest carpet and poorest service I've ever had. Never ever again am I going there to eat in. NEVER!
