The lady at reception is very rude didn’t even try to understand what we are trynna explain acted like a racist didn’t even deliver the food on time waited for longer and when I asked about the burger patty ingredients she replied rudely I am not chef!! That audacity she showed learn some respect and have genuine warmth care to customers!!!!!! Went their after 3 years because that place was quite Nostalgic but completely unsatisfying experience will never ever go there!!

I loved everything, the waitress and the owners were very kind. I definitely recommend it. We went to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday and it was the best experience. They even let us play pool for free! It's definitely one of my favorite places. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and welcoming. My favorite place now, thank you so much!

I went in a night when there was karaoke, it was a great time. Staff is friendly and outgoing.
Owner of the store is godsent woman, helped me with my kids instead of complaining not even being asked , gave a food hamper cause she had extra, I wish she knew how appreciate that was. Very family oriented place highly recommend bringing children/family here, very cool decorations around the store lots of fascinating items to show to children to keep them cultured:) food was amazing despite my kids throwing it lol.

Our xmas was boring as family arguments on 2025 led to a very uneventful xmas. Going into your restaurant for a by donation turkey dinner brought back to us what xmas is all about. It's about giving back and making the less fortunate happy. My heart grew 3 tines it size like the Grinch....the warmth the family...the joy was amazing. Dinner was brought to me with a smile...thank you brogans you guys are amazing....love you.

I have been a semi regular at Brogans for about 5 months, the service is good and breakfast was quick and tasty, however two weeks ago I went in for breakfast and had my usual sausage and eggs, with coffee. Four hours later I got a food born ailment and spent the next thirty six hours on the toilet. I contacted Brogans several times, I told them what had happened, and said I would like the owner to call me back. They never did call me back, had they called me back and apologized or showed any concern it would have told me they cared, but they didn't, and that tells me they don't care. I wouldn't eat there again. I filed a complaint with Fraser Health, they called me in half an hour, and went to insopect the diner that day. I hope everyone reading this chooses to go to The Hot and Toasty around the corner at 5497 Salt Lane great breakfast great service great food. Let Brogan's fade into the dust bin of history. . I gave Brogan's one star because I had to give at least one star to post my story.
