Great food and service. A chef brought out our food and chatted as he didn't want it to get cold.
Great customer service. Even though it was Valentine's Day and we had 1.5 hours for dinning we did not feel rushed.
We always have a great lunch there. Quieter than other restaurants so you can actually have a conversation.
We had a family group of 9 people coming from different cities for brunch and they were able to accommodate us on the heated patio which was quiet so we were able to visit. The service was great and we felt well looked after. We were invited to stay as long as we wanted which was very much appreciated. Most of us ordered off of the brunch menu and the food was good and reasonably priced. A very good experience.
Horrible service. Took forever to get anything from our server, including soft drinks. We have been regulars here for over 3 years.
I requested a table near the door due to mobility issues, but we were seated near the back of the restaurant at one of the furthest tables instead. The service was slow throughout the visit, and the portions were not very generous for the price. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
The food and service were very good but unfortunately for one of our group the loud background noise including the music made it impossible for her to hear our conversation. It spoiled an otherwise good evening.
The fries were not great at all.
Rest of the food and drinks were delish. Great servers.

Nice people, nice server, good food, BUT REALLY REALLY REALLY SLOW service. It’s a Saturday, and the place is half empty, yet the service is slow. This is a management problem

Amazing food as per usual!
They were running a bit behind on our starter order, but the manager came over to apologize and explained it had been sent to the wrong table. Then our tofu dragon bowl arrived with a piece of chicken in it, and since we’re all vegetarians, we flagged it right away.
Credit where it’s due, the server and manager handled it like pros. They owned the mistake instantly, removed the dish from the bill, offered to remake it (which we declined as we were full), and even knocked another $15 off.
Mistakes happen but their response nailed it

Went there for a family dinner and waited to be greeted and then sat and then moved to a lower seating since we had a kid and everyone was in a meeting in the kitchen so we were just for ignored. Then sat in the corner and the server didn't come around much.
Great experience! The food was excellent, and to our surprise, this location is their “test kitchen.” New items on the menu were delicious. Our service was incredible! It's by far the best Browns Social in the area.
