Watched the owner wash the floors with a mop, clean the tables and then rinse the rag. She then immediately handled my waffle with her bare hands. Gross!

I do not understand how others are saying that the waitress have bad manner. When I first walk in, the waitress welcomed us with a smile. We also had a short chitchat. The service is 5/5. Their food are amazing, I am not glazing them but you definitely should go eat there. They really serve authentic Hong Kong food. 👍 Definitely will come again.

Seems like it's a consistent complaint from customers about the poor attitude and impatient expression from the female cashier. The furrows between her brows were so obvious that I couldn't help but feel offended as a paying customer. I understand she could be having a bad day but it is unfortunately a recurrent theme after reading other reviews.

Young helper who is probably not at at legal age to work is also a concern.

Food is at least consistent, hence the 2 stars.

It’s a small restaurant, but the service is absolutely wonderful.

We stopped by for lunch today. My kid loved the smoked duck noodles, and I’m really glad we chose this branch. The service was genuinely great. I think the young guy working there might be helping out with the family business — he did an amazing job and really put his heart into it. He was super polite, attentive, and thoughtful the whole time.

This is the best place to get boba and their bubble waffles are soooo good and they give you a rubber ducky with your boba definitely coming back!!!! 😝😝❤️❤️👍👍👍

The bubble waffle is great, crispy and light, but the hurricane potato is underwhelming - small, and rather flavourless. I expected it to be crispy, like fries at least, but it wasn't. The layers were fairly thick.

No matter the Bubble Waffle Cafe you go to you get a consistent decent meal. This time I ordered the spicy popcorn chicken meal with a bubble waffle and HK milk tea. The chicken was crispy and had a great flavour but the oil rice was dry and not the most flavourful. I really enjoyed the fresh bubble waffle and milk tea. This is a place I would go back to as it’s usually consistent and a delicious.
