Came in for a late ish dinner, ordered food and drinks!
Bubble tea was great, both our mains came. I had ordered the beef satay noodles which had an illustration of noodles and beef. Instead it came as a soup, no big deal! Server never once asked how everything was so it just sat there. My girlfriends meal was the lamb, and maybe it was just the order we had but the quality of the meat sucked. It was rubbery and chewy. She never finished hers and I didn't touch mine.
Server asked if we needed the bill and we said yes and immediately paid, with two near full plates of food on the table. She never asked even then if it was okay or something was wrong. Didn't even offer a to go box.
Pathetic service and won't come back.

food is amazing but the wait is horrible. i asked for just one moment before ordering because i was waiting for someone at my table to come back from the bathroom, we were ignored for, im not joking when i say this, 20 minutes. after we had finished dinner we wanted some desert but it took 30 minutes for someone to get to us. its embarrassing to call someone over to order. you can come back and check in on your tables, dont make us wait

The food was amazing, but we seemed to come at rush hour as the older one of our servers did not speak to us but rather rushed by and tossed menues on the table. The boba and food were perfect and I particularly enjoyed the Kung pao beef.

I think they must ve changed chefs. The food is tasteless and way overpriced for what you get now. Almost 40.00 for 2 appetizers and a drink

Came during dinner time to try their bingsoo, and it did not disappoint! We had the mango coconut bingsoo for $12.99 it was delicious and the portion was huge, perfect for sharing with 3–4 people.
Great dessert spot if you’re craving something cold and refreshing. Will definitely come back!

Our server was AWESOME! Even though she is still in training, Bree was very sweet and capable. The bingsoo was delicious and it was my friends' first time trying it! Overall, a great night. Thanks for the wonderful service!
