Literally drove all the way from my hood to grab some bubble tea and i even called 30 mins beforehand asking if they’re still taking orders she said yes! When i get there she starts apologizing and saying she can’t make anything it was litetally 2 drinks even though they still had 30mins left to close ! super bad service just shitty honestly Pure laziness. It was the Guy & the Girl.

Let Me Tell You Bubble World is Amazing,Me And My Friends Come Here Every Week And it’s Always A Great Time.The Staff And Friendly,Helpful,And Very Patient.They Support Various Payment Methods Which I Love. And Personally You Must Try The “Happy Hour Salty Peppery Chicken And Fries” The Brown Sugar Pearl Latte” and Definitely The Mango Drinks.Their Drinks use real mango and no artificial sweeteners. Personally. They Even Have A Claw Machine You Can Play if You Ask Them For Tokens With Some Very Cool Prizes. This is by far my favourite place in walnut Grove.Gives me a taste and vibe of China👍

The boy doing the garbages dropped the trash and with the same gloves started to make our drinks… walked out so disgusting imagine what goes on in the kitchen

Usually a great spot to eat but when I came to grab food with bubble tea I got it for takeout but on the way back home it was horribly packaged and all the drinks spilt. Even the food we got spilt as well but the drinks were incredibly hard to clean up and when I grabbed the straws the lady was being incredibly stingy about it for no reason when I just needed extra straws as well which was a down for the service. My drinks spilling was incredibly frustrating because they put it into a bag not a tray and the bag wasn’t even tied on right.

So basically a good spot to eat, but when i went to pick up food with bubble teas(6) i got it for takeout and it was poorly packaged and the lady was being stingy about giving us extra straws, stared us down when we left. Decent food but not a decent service.
