My wife and I decided to drive 30 minutes from S.Aldergrove to N. Langley Burger King 👑. Mostly because other Burger Kings nearby have been very disappointing for us since Covid days began, however Port Kells N.Langley Burger King is serving them up right Fresh n Hot in a clean well run place especially with friendly and helpful staff like Karan who are working there. We will definitely be driving that far again as It's WORTH It!

This store needs more staff they are preparing foor or pickup order very late
stood at the counter for 10 mins with some other customer while the staff ignored us. Went to tim hortons in the same building. same thing no service. Scratching this place off my list. went across the street to a&w. Prompt service there. Dont waste your time here.

Trash store, tired to order from uber eat, once in the afternoon once in the night, order got canceled by the store immediately without any reason. If you'te not taking takeout order then just remove yourself from the apps, jesus

The worst customer service ever at burger king by the MANAGER herself RIYA…she actually does not know how to talk to a customer at all and when her co workers yell at the drive thru…she says I’ll apologize on their behalf and hide them in the back room…I dont actually know if that’s the job of a manager(if she even is)…but really disappointed this time.
Went for dinner last night and they told me the broiler and grill were down, would take 10 mins to get a burger. No problem I understand that equipment gets turned off from time to time for cleaning but when taking my order they told me that they have no beef?? And that there was a gas leak!!! Not only that but half way through the order the lady just walked away and didn't come back. The fries were cold and the chicken was cold. The tables were sticky as well. Terrible experience
