We got food poisoning less than 24hrs after purchasing. Meat not cooked people rude add sauce even when my kids are allergic to sauce. Called back and got rude yelling at me very disrespectful no one wants o say names. I called the manager he wouldn’t tell his name very rude services from all employee. I seen in the comments that they don’t cook food well so alot of people are getting sick eating from hear. Will never go back here . I want HR to reach out to me because I’ve phone records of the employees talking and yell a me on phones or I’ll post it on here .

Horrible customer service! We went in and ordered a whopper combo and I said I wanted to make my fries large. My mom ordered a jr whopper and drink (I upsized as we were going to share). After we paid we noticed the bill said large fries AND medium fries even after my mom told her twice she didn’t want a combo and even showed her the receipt. she gave us attitude about it! And then the manager apologized and said she was training. Train your workers better!

I went recently to this location, having their recently released funnel cake fries along with a impossible Whopper meal. In certain restaurants there aren't many vegetarian options but burger king is a place id definitely recommend for my fellow vegetarians. The food is always hot and fresh in this location and the staff is always polite. 10/10 experience overall.
I ordered crispy chicken and mozza fries. It was very good in taste, hot and fresh and crispy and the environment also very good including staff they are also very calm and respectful . I will definitely recommend their food … i love the overall experience….😍

I ordered a spicy chicken burger for delivery, i have not eaten today, i took a bite and the chicken was raw, raw pink chicken patty… i actually can’t believe i wasted my hard earned money, im hoping to eat and you sent me raw chicken in my burger… that’s disgusting
A few months ago, I ordered a takeout burger set, but it had an uncooked patty. I was worried that my kids had eaten a few bites, so I contacted the main office, and they said the store would contact me, but they said there was nothing they could do, so I never contacted them. I contacted them several times after that, but they only said they would deliver it to the store. I contacted the store in question, but they said they followed the manual and said something. The kids only had a little diarrhea and were fine, so I didn't say anything more, but I think this was the first time this happened. It looks like it's too full. If the patties are not cooked thoroughly, they are exposed to E. coli, which I think is too dangerous. Where should I report this so these people will come to their senses and cook the patties well?

Our only go-to fast food place. The whoppers are fresh and hot the onion rings are consistently hot and tasty. The milkshakes are always working and taste like real ice cream not like chemicals.
