We were visiting from Ontario and stopped by Cazba Persian Grill. The food was delicious and everything tasted great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our meal.
Had a great experience and would definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

If I could, I would eat it everyday. Their meat is fresh and so are the rice. I love that they have a halal restaurant in Willowbrook Mall as I can chose easily when I want to eat food.
Their wait times is around maximum 10 minutes and everything is served hot and fresh!!

This was my first time trying Persian food here, and it was an amazing experience! The meal was generous and perfect for one person. Sitting outside next to the restaurant was so cozy, with unique chairs that added charm. I’d say the meal would be even more complete if they served a bit less rice with some salad or yogurt. Highly recommend

I ordered catering style for a big group of us from Cazba and everybody raved about how good it was. Great food, great price point and great service. Just give them a call if you want to put a big order through. Highly recommend. Will be back

Went to this location twice around 6:30 pm (30 mins before closing) and the rude worker keeps repeating they are “closed” - I asked if they close 30 mins earlier and he mentions yes (doesn’t even look at the customer) just to get rid of the situation and runs to the kitchen. Seems like these guys don’t officially close at 7:00 pm but rather 6:30 pm. I hope the owner finds out! Horrible customer service. Beware!

To Cazba Head Office and Franchise Ownership,
I am writing to share a serious concern regarding my recent experiences at this particular Cazba location. My family and I have been loyal and regular customers of Cazba for many years, and until recently, we have always been satisfied with the quality of food and service.
Unfortunately, over the past month, we have noticed a decline in service that has been very concerning. Today’s visit was especially disappointing. We ordered two Kobideh kebabs and received the dishes within approximately two minutes, which immediately raised concern. Upon inspection and tasting, the skewers did not appear fresh and seemed pre-cooked, possibly prepared several hours earlier. This was very different from our usual experience at Cazba, where kebabs are freshly prepared and typically require a short wait, which we have always appreciated.
When I raised this concern with the staff, I was told that this is “Cazba policy” and that kebabs are always cooked in advance. Based on our long history as customers, this explanation does not align with our past experiences. When I explained that the food did not taste fresh, the staff member continued to argue and stated that since I had already tasted it, nothing could be done. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to determine food quality without tasting it, and the interaction felt dismissive rather than customer-focused.
In addition to this, we have repeatedly noticed that delivery platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats are turned off as early as 7:00 PM, despite the restaurant being open for several more hours. On multiple occasions, we have also seen staff begin closing and wrapping up the restaurant well before mall closing time, asking customers to leave or eat outside. These incidents have occurred more than once and suggest a pattern rather than an isolated issue.
As a long-time customer, this is very disappointing. I believe these concerns warrant attention from higher management, as they may reflect operational practices that do not align with Cazba’s standards or brand values. I am willing to provide transaction records if needed.
With regret, I have decided that I will no longer visit this location, as I now feel uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of service and food. This is not a decision I take lightly, as my family and I have always enjoyed Cazba and would have preferred to remain loyal customers.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively and addressed appropriately so that future customers do not have similar experiences.

Juicy meat cooked on open fire. You can taste the delight smoke. It’s perfect paired with the grilled tomato and pickled pepper.
Excellent! Lived the good, staff are great, and the saffron rice pudding is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the food immensely, will come again and bring my family.

The quality and quantity were both very poor. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t consider trying it again. I’ve realized that the 50% happy hours plan seems to involve reducing either the quality and the quantity. Embarrassed me in front of my guests, which was completely unacceptable.
We got the number 1 and a 40$ Cazba Platter. Why is the number 1 bigger? They said the meal could feed three people with stake kabab and chicken, but it looks like it can’t feed even one person. Even the salad looks like it has more food. This is a scam.
