They have my very favourite vegetarian sandwich. They call ”vedge”. Ask for it on the ciabatta bun with extra sauces. So yummy!

We were super excited to try the sandwiches for the first time. We had a coupon from the community coupon book but when we got to the counter the lady said that they no longer take them, even though it’s good until December 2025. Nowhere does it say they do not take them on social media or at the counter. We were pretty bummed, we did end up leaving.

Had Cajun Chicken Sandwich Made on fresh Focaccia Bread with perfectly Toasted and a side of Mac & Cheese which was Tasty and finished it of with refreshing Georgia Peach Lemonade .Will be back again for Yummy Experience.

I am a chachis fiend. I made friends with the manager Arun and the girlies that work there. Very kind nice people. I’ve tried a few sandwiches and wasn’t super wowed by them until I had the turkey ranch bagel sandwich. I’m a chachis FIEND. It’s always the turkey bagel sandwich, Georgia peach lemonade and BBQ chips. If you want a good lunch get that!

I figured I would give Chachi's a try during a trip to the mall. I usually wouldn't buy a sandwich for lunch as it seems strange to buy something I can make easily at home but I thought maybe there is something special about this place and that I might be wowed.
I couldn't have been more wrong, in my life. The bread was dry and spongy, the protein that was in there was far and few, and the bacon was stringy. Even a mediocre Subway sandwich would kick this places butt. Some people may like this but the pickle (for 2 bucks) that you can get is comically big - like, you need a knife and fork for it. All good if you like pickles I suppose but for normal people like me, it is just an inconvenience to manage to eat.
So... Chachi's did not convert me to a lunch-time sandwich buyer. It reaffirmed my position that, this type of thing is a million times better to make at home and that this place is NOT the place to go.

Such a great lunch spot at Willowbrook! I tried the veggie sandwich, mac and cheese, and their tomato basil soup — everything was super tasty and felt freshly made. The sandwich was packed with flavor, the mac was creamy and comforting, and the soup hit the spot. The staff were friendly and quick, and the vibe is perfect for a casual, cozy meal during a mall break. I’ll definitely be coming back!
