The food here is amazing . The service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy. Perfect spot for a quick tea and food break. Highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Staff

- 2 star only because Hurleen

I recently visited Chaiiwala London with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by one of the staff members who seemed completely unprofessional. The coworker in question displayed poor customer service skills, kept customers waiting without reason, and made errors with orders.

What's more concerning is that this staff member claimed that Chaiiwala London has a policy of not adding extra milk to drinks, which contradicts my previous experiences and the standard practices I've observed. This inconsistency and lack of clarity were frustrating. I forgot to ask her name but I do remember her face she has Protruded front teeth profile

However, I must commend Hurleen, another staff member who was courteous and professional throughout her interaction with customers.

Sadly, this experience has led me to decide to stop visiting Chaiiwala London. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with staff training and consistency to prevent losing valued customers like myself ,my family and my friends

I visited this café recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After placing my order, I waited for about 40 minutes before realizing that my food had been completely forgotten. While the staff were friendly once I brought it to their attention, the long delay and lack of communication made the visit frustrating. I hope the management can improve their order tracking and service consistency, as the atmosphere and menu both have potential.

The karak chai and French toast are very good.
