All the staff are very friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. I usually don’t eat out often, but this is one place I keep coming back to because it’s just that good. If you haven’t been here yet, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Warm, friendly service to complement the retro 1970s-1980s Korea vibe. Fair prices and a nice flavour profile to the pork bone soup!

For sure one of the hidden gem. The food is great, very unique. Their interior design brings a lot of nostalgia vibes, if you watched the k drama 1998, you would definitely know.

Tasty happy 😋
Tried Rose chicken, It was my first time to have Rose something at a restaurant, and it is delicious. The sauce was well balanced, and the dish had decent amount of chickens, noodel, and rice cakes for 2.
The staffs are super friendly. Definitely will come again.

🌟 Quick Bite Review: Old-School Charm & Flavor! 🌟
This restaurant nails the classic Korean Pocha vibe—it’s cozy, lively, and full of nostalgic charm.
We highly recommend the Mara Jjimdak! It's a spicy, numbing delight. The addition of Chinese glass noodles and rice cakes (tteok) soaked up the rich sauce perfectly, making it incredibly satisfying.
We also enjoyed the Samgyeopsal Jeong-sik (Pork Belly Set). The pork was perfectly pre-grilled (crispy outside, tender inside), served on a generous bed of caramelized onions that added a lovely sweetness.
Great food, great atmosphere, and a wonderful overall experience. A must-try!

Mala Rose Braised Chicken was tender with a warm, balanced spice, and the sausage had that perfect juicy snap — would definitely order again.
Please tell servers to add less mala if you have low spicy tolerance.

This place was just okay overall — not especially good, but not bad either. The interior has a charming retro vibe, designed like a Korean restaurant from the 1970s. The platter set (HanSangChaRim) felt a bit small for two people, so considering the portion size, the price per person seemed a bit on the high.

The whole food menu, including the complimentary appetizer, was quite delicious.
However, $70 for the pork belly feels a bit overpriced for what you get. Compared to the generous portions and side dishes from the previous ownership, the overall value has gone down while the price went up.
The jokbal set was satisfying in both taste and portion. Even the noodles and radish kimchi were tasty.
The server was friendly, but the service itself was on the slow side. There’s definitely room for improvement.
There aren’t many options for a full meal, but enjoying jokbal with soju seems like a good choice.

Needs a bit more ventilation, however, the food is good, the servings are generous and the staff is very friendly.
