Ordered through the kiosk up front, no greeting from the staff whatsoever. When the order was ready, the part time employee simply said “I have the 4 drinks ready.” No eye contact, no enthusiasm. When I get up to the counter, I ask for a carry out tray or a box because I cannot carry 4 drinks. “We only have bags for 25 cents.” There was no option to buy “bags” on the kiosk. Maybe put the option in or educate your employees to ensure the customer is able to take all drinks out. Improvements in customer service is needed.

I went to buy a cup of roasted milk tea last night, but it was the worst milk tea I have ever tasted in my life! ! ! I used the machine to place an order in the store. I ordered a large cup of hot food, but the clerk made it cold! I noticed the mistake and told the clerk, but they didn't apologize. I waited for a long time and finally got my hot milk tea, but the clerk still showed no expression or apology! What’s more, when I tasted it, I found that it was almost the same as ordinary hot water! I advise everyone not to waste your money. I was defrauded of more than $6! I will never patronize this place or this brand again!What's even more disgusting is that I discovered that the paper cup was leaking from the bottom! I wonder what cheap materials this store uses! I have never encountered such a bad experience, quality and service attitude in any beverage store, so I must write this down to tell everyone not to be fooled!

We order this delivery sometimes and we asked for extra straws and they sent them- they always read the notes and take care in the packaging of the delivery. It is our favorite place!

Good bubble tea from a big chain. Lots of parking and no major complaints. Roasted milk tea with grass jelly is my go to. I'd recommend downloading the Chatime app so you can earn points and get a free birthday drink. Can't wait to return to this Chatime!

Good location to go to for bubble tea favs! Decent indoor seating and good service. I’ve been here a handful of times and it hasn’t been too busy with groups of friends loitering/hanging out inside which is nice. I think this location sometimes gets hidden in the complex so it’s a good place to grab a drink and go or to enjoy it somewhere it isn’t too loud and bustling.
