i love cha time!!! i always get the milk tea smoothie because of that nutty strong taste in it and omg it’s amazing! i came there to study with my sister and the ac is not rhe best but drinking your milk tea can chill you down. overall one of my fav boba place

I would do 5 stars, because most of the time, my drinks are amazing and I really enjoy the consistency and the staff are usually nice. But, the last few times (i usually order 2-4 drinks at a time), at least 1 of my drinks taste off.. today I got an aged milk tea with pearls and it literally had no sugar for some reason...(1/4 drinks) and the pearls had no taste... and the peach QQ had like barely any pearls.. im just sad because I went out just to get bbt to lighten up my mood, but im even more sad now lol. I would've gone back to ask to change the drink or add sugar, but I was already half way home.
Im a platinum points member, so ill still keep coming, but just felt sad after a few unsatisfactory drinks in a row. ♡ sorry

We enjoy coming to this Cha Time location, the staffs are always friendly and the drinks are consistently good. The place is very tidy and we enjoy sitting down and just having a good chat with BBT

Came here on a holiday Monday. Poor staff was working by herself and had 12 drinks in the queue. Was clearly overwhelmed and working nonstop behind the counter. Had to wait a long time for my drink (~over 30 mins) - plain milk tea. This is not usually the case here but something went terribly wrong for staffing this day. Hope management takes note. Otherwise Chatime is consistent across location and this one is no exception.

CHATIME is and will always be the best bubble tea place in Canada! And this specific location has my heart ❤️ they always get the drinks perfectly and all the wonderful girls that work there make the experience 1000% better

I work right across this store and used to come here a lot. I love chatime but I stopped going to this particular location because their staff are not welcoming. They work like a robot. They got no expression. They can’t even greet you “hi” when you come in. Such a shame because I used to love chatime drinks. I now drive a bit and go to Pearl fever at 64ave, they have the nicest crew and their milk teas are good.
