We order this delivery sometimes and we asked for extra straws and they sent them- they always read the notes and take care in the packaging of the delivery. It is our favorite place!

Good bubble tea from a big chain. Lots of parking and no major complaints. Roasted milk tea with grass jelly is my go to. I'd recommend downloading the Chatime app so you can earn points and get a free birthday drink. Can't wait to return to this Chatime!

Keep up the good works everyone! Always consistent great products and service. One bit of feedback though, whenever we get “less ice” it seems the cup is always minimum half full of ice. Maybe it’s just something to clarify what less means!
