Very good fried chicken, they use a light batter so it's not as greasy but you still get a good crunch. Took off a star because it does not come with picked radish, which is a staple. I can't believe you have to pay for that separately. They should really include a side-portion of radish like most places.

I eat here every week and never had an isuue the guy at front desk gave priority to online orders and said will be 25 min to ordering a small batch of fries. He said is wrong time 7 pm. I Never had this issues before

Used to order here a lot but now I'm always always always missing my drink. I'd rather receive a warm drink than you keeping it in the fridge and forgetting to take it out for the courier. Please change your processes.. thank you

Sorry first time their and I asked for dinner to feed 3 adults and we get a small bag of French fries that maybe enouph for 1 adult was not happy at all

I usually order here at downtown location for takeout and delivery and always get the half & half boneless chicken (Yangyeom and Cheese Snow, sometimes Soy Garlic). The portions are great. However, this time the chicken wasn't evenly coated with the Yangyeom and Cheese Snow sauces, and there was so little Cheese Snow powder that it tasted like regular fried chicken. Also, the store atmosphere was very hot. I don't know if they changed the owner, but the Yangyeom tasted a bit different, which I didn't like. I think they added some spice to it, maybe cumin or masala. I'm not sure if I'll go back. I might try the other location in Langley Township.

I will never order from here anymore! A couple of times had to wait for over 35 minutes while I was told 15-20 minutes! Saying sorry does not change anything, you gotta increase your resources instead!

I was so disappointed when I ordered their original chicken. There was too little inside for original chicken. Their size of chicken decreased significantly and it was not even half size. The inside was not fully cooked as it was red inside. Also, their chicken smells like foul chicken smell. I think either they are not cooking long enough or their hygiene is bad. I am sorry to inform you but I will not be returning here.

It was a really disappointing half order. The fried food arrived with less than half of it. There is only one chicken leg. The smell of chicken is too strong and the flesh inside is red. Usually, radishes are provided as a service, but they don't even provide that. It's a store I've liked for a long time, but the quality has gone down a lot over the years. I don't think I will visit again.

Price is bit high but it's worth it.
