I really liked Chiko chicken, but this time I wanted to try the one with bones, so I ordered delivery.. It's the first time I've seen a chicken dripping with blood.. So I called the store, but they didn't 't answer the phone. I’m so disappointed that I don’t want to eat it again.

Hi I ordered earlier and I got them in Ubereats app but I'm eating chicken, and all 3 pieces of chicken legs are bleeding. It's not just the red part. Red water came out together. I had to spit it while eating it up. I was upset. That's why I called you 8 times to raise a problem, but you didn't answer. Also my brother is sick because of it. I often ordered it, but there was no response.. I disappointed .. Im going to Never reorder

I feel like not enough people know about this spot, only 97 reviews and it’s been open for a long time! One of the great spots to get Korean fried chicken in Walnut Grove! Highly recommend the cheese snow and soy garlic!
I’ve ordered here many times before. tonight I ordered the exact same thing as I always do and when I got home, it was wrong. I called to tell them and the woman argued with me that it is correct. she agreed that the flavour I get (soy garlic) is a dark brown. I explained that what I have is more honey coloured and sweet and not at all salty, she argued. the entire time she kept sighing and complaining to another coworker I. her own language. I asked if I drove all the way back, if she’d look at it and replace it, she sighed loudly again sounding very annoyed at the thought that a paying customer might actually want what they paid for, then said they wouldn’t replace it and theres nothing she would do.
I will forever more go to Chitos chicken down the street. They may be more expensive but the quality of food is superior and the customer service is much much better. So disappointing for a Walnut Grove Business

Ordered the half and half boneless, medium spicy and snow cheese. I usually prefer white meat but figured I wouldn’t be picky and get a mix. It was alllll dark meat which is great for some I suppose but they should state that. I assume when it says half and full they mean half chick or full chicken, both would suggest a mix of white and dark which is what I expected. Mine was all dark meat which was super disappointing

Chicken was great and I always love their flavor selection. Ladies running the kitchen put out some great food and were very nice. I wish they had somewhere to sit...I probably won't be back for that reason alone. Despite the food being good, it's a bit inconvenient.
