I love Chipotle, but never going back to this location the staff is very rude

First time trying chipotle and probably my last. Good quality was fine and the restaurant was okay but it’s probably the most bland burrito I’ve ever had.

It was an awesome experience 😎 healthy and very filling for a vegetarian option

Food was good. But staffs can be friendly. They seemed to be not interested much.

The food was mediocre at best, service was slow and the outdoor dining area was very dirty and littered with trash and scraps of food spread around by the birds in the area. The indoor trash was also over full. I would not recommend.

Came here today and saw some pretty gross stuff. Staff dropped a spoon and still put it in the food. Putting fresh food over the old food. Very very dirty restaurant and the lunch rush hasn’t even hit. I love chipotle but I will not be eating at this location. I left without ordering.

No Guacamole- disappointed.
Mostly containers were almost empty. Didnt get what I paid for

What a mess. Every table, disgusting. So much cross contamination happening. Food everywhere. It wasn't busy when I was there.

I usually come to this spot bc it's the closest one to where I live, and I never have had any issues. Today I ordered a chicken bowl and found several strands of hair in my meal! i called and let them know what happened, then proceeded to be told by the manager herself, that the hair was a "manufacturers fault". i then came back yo the store and requested a full refund but was only given a refund for the bowl i ordered because the worker said "there's no hair in drinks right?". the service and the food left an unsavory taste in my mouth. won't be coming back again.

The worker received a phone call on their personal phone during my transaction and answered it while they were still completing my payment. Seems pretty unprofessional to me.

This is the second time I have ordered online from app at this branch, and I faced the same issue again. The rice portion was very small, and there were no beans at all. This is extremely disappointing as I expected better quality and service from your restaurant. Please pay more attention to packaging and order accuracy to prevent these issues in the future.

Good food good service, they could have better tables though. Only 1 regular table and it was dirty so my kid had to sit on the stools. He could barely climb up.

This place needs to be condemned. Trash cans over flowing, counter tops and table not cleaned off and wiped. The trays they serve food out of should not be considered cleanly. Leaving food in serving trays till the very end with no topping up. Absolutely disgusting establishment. It used to be a good spot for a quick meal in Langley, not so much anymore.
