Chipotle Mexican Grill

Why is this place always so dirty!? I understand it's typically very busy, but there are also times when it's not, and I've noticed that the cashier won't be busy and refuses to clean anything; other staff members could also easily clean up. They will slide your food order right through the food mess at the till, it's actually pretty unbelievable. It looks like a food fight has been going on all day long. Also, the fountain drinks look like they've never been cleaned, there was even a froth foaming inside one of them. The conditions here are highly unsanitary. This place needs serious management to step in.

They suck, they’re way too slow. They don’t have enough workers dealing with the priorities of the store. And they are very quiet and slow.

The server was not even listening to what I wanted to add, just kept adding items. Also stale rice caused gas& bloating to both me and my husband. Quality has definitely dropped.

I love chipotle but they never check their Uber Eats orders. They just hand them to anyone apparently. Sure this is an Uber Eats issue but you guys need to be more mindful of who you give your food to

I’m really disappointed with this Chipotle. I came here during my break and ended up waiting way too long in line. There were several employees just walking around while only one person was actually serving customers. The service is extremely slow and unorganized. This is not the kind of experience you expect from Chipotle. Definitely needs better management and faster service.

Very dirty. Garbage overflowing and tables dirty. Restaurant was not busy so no excuse for having a disgusting environment.

Revolving door of poorly trained staff. Constantly skipping and skimping out on toppings. Not recommended.

I’ve visited several Chipotle locations and have always been happy with their generous portions and great taste. However, I was disappointed with this particular store — the portion size was much smaller than usual and didn’t feel worth the price. The taste was still good as always, but I hope the team can maintain consistency with the portion sizes like other Chipotle locations.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing. The staff seemed rushed, which made the whole experience feel a bit chaotic. The portions were pretty tame compared to what I’ve gotten before. And to top it all off, when I went to grab some Tabasco sauce, it was completely watered down — you could literally see the sauce separated from the water. Not a great look.

Double check your total bill when paying. Looks like they are adding items to customers orders and pocketing the money
