I placed an order online for a catering order and had some issues with the order which had nothing to do with this store itself. The store owner, Jas, was super helpful and adamant that we would get it figured out one way or another! In the end, she drove out herself to deliver the order which was going completely above and beyond! I appreciated this gesture so much and will always remember it. Will be placing many more orders to come.

Love this company. Avoids this location. Chicken is no where to found and staff arguing with me. $15 wrap made of starch and sauce. I will be emailing management.

This place does not give you value. A tiny salad cost 17 bucks and I actually wanted more toppings but each topping cost extra money and a mouthful of tofu cost $4! They gave me two tiny cherry tomatoes on my salad! This place is a rip-off!

Not to mention the staff barely had any idea of what was vegan or not... And they didn't even offer vegan options for things like cheese....

You can build your own bowl but you will go broke doing it! This place is basically fast food at fancier restaurant prices!

Just ordered through uber. The quantity was terrible. The bowl was filled with rice, one teaspoon of corn and beans. Cheese was barely visible. 4 tiniest pieces of avocados and a little lettuce. Waste of money.

Clean as most franchises should be.

Good busy location, can be tough finding parking with the ICBC nearby.

I still prefer the Brick Yard location as they’re more generous with their portions, don’t skimp out on the meat or avocado. Here, I almost have to ask every time, it’s hit and miss depending who’s working.

Good food, ok price - the "protein" could be cheaper - $5 for 6 shrimps is a bit much, good amount of sauce (on the side). Definitely a take out place, but all in all made a first good impression.

Worst experience EVER! I had gone to the store and placed my order. I specifically said that I can't have any sugar or wheat. (Gluten) I was not aware that what I ordered, had CROUTONS, then I also had the girl try and tell me that sourdough and multigrain bread was gluten free!!!??? Um, am I being punked? She was actually serious!!!! I also told her that I liked a lot of dressing, and would've expected extra. It was BARELY saucy, and had croutons. (After I specifically said that I couldn't have gluten!) Common sense says, "If a customer tells me they can't have gluten, maybe I should tell them there are croutons?" Instead of assuming croutons are also gluten free!If your staff doesn't know what gluten is, perhaps they're in the wrong industry? And to pay that amount for a handful of salad, was the BIGGEST rip off I've ever experienced! (Especially since I couldn't eat half of it!) I could've enjoyed a full salad at the Olive Garden or a dine-in restaurant, for the same price!!! I'm glad I'm not Anaphylactic with gluten, or I'd be fighting for my life right now!When I tried calling to tell them, it went straight to voicemail multiple times, and said, "By the way, we don't check our voicemail."..... um..... then why have it???I will NEVER go back to this location, and probably the restaurant altogether. It used to be the best, but is now the worst! I'm absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of knowledge, and service at this place. It's totally appalling!!!!

Dietary restrictions: If you're gluten-free, they think bread has no wheat!!! Becareful here, because I don't think they know what gluten-free means!!!

This location is terrible compared to others. The Abbotsford location makes their Salads 10x better. (Cheap Franchise Owner at Langley)

Did not feel very welcome. The lady rushed us with our order because they wanted to close a bit early. Was not friendly at all, food was mediocre, would definitely not come here or recommend it to anyone.

The many times ive been here they always give next to nothing when you pay for extra. Save yourself the trouble, the workers really don't care about the customer. The only thing they care about it cutting down on costs. I asked for extra sauce specifically on the side, they put it in the container and gave me less ingredients because the sauce container filled up space. Horrible employee attitudes.
