have gone here a few times, had a couple of incidents trying to explain to importance of washing hands and properly using gloves when preparing food and feel like i was able to get through to the staff there so that's good but my review is this - THEY CHARGE FOR A TINY TINY SCOOP OF EXTRA SAUCE FOR YOUR $20 SALAD AND ACCORDING TO CHOPPED LEAF CORPORATE THERE SHOULD BE *NO* EXTRA CHARGES FOR SAUCE!!!! 😡

Honestly very disappointed. Every time I order from this restaurant they’re very unsanitary. Found 3 pieces of hair in all my food I ordered today. This is not the first time. Food safe needs to check this place out. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Food is always great and consistent. Healthy and yummy options. I love the spicy chicken sandwich. The staff is nice and helpful, sometimes they take a while to prep the food if you order via phone or online. The parking is my only issue with this location as the area is always packed. Not something they can control but as a heads up for others.

Horrible. Showed up at 11:15am on a Sunday. workers standing around and doors aren’t even unlocked. Sign says open at 11am. They just stared and nobody came to unlock the doors. We left. Never returning

Sad to have gotten this not so melted tuna melt today. This used to come the traditional way, not sure why theres a low quality shredded carrot in it but the cheese wasnt melted at all. Also it used to be served w dill sauce now ita ranch. Dissappointed with the quality at this location. I can see how theyre lowering the quality and cutting costs. This is starting to join the other lacklustre healthier choice reataurants.

I placed an order online for a catering order and had some issues with the order which had nothing to do with this store itself. The store owner, Jas, was super helpful and adamant that we would get it figured out one way or another! In the end, she drove out herself to deliver the order which was going completely above and beyond! I appreciated this gesture so much and will always remember it. Will be placing many more orders to come.

We bought 2 wraps (santa fe and sunset chipotle) with falafal. Quantity was good.
This place does not give you value. A tiny salad cost 17 bucks and I actually wanted more toppings but each topping cost extra money and a mouthful of tofu cost $4! They gave me two tiny cherry tomatoes on my salad! This place is a rip-off!
Not to mention the staff barely had any idea of what was vegan or not... And they didn't even offer vegan options for things like cheese....
You can build your own bowl but you will go broke doing it! This place is basically fast food at fancier restaurant prices!

Just ordered through uber. The quantity was terrible. The bowl was filled with rice, one teaspoon of corn and beans. Cheese was barely visible. 4 tiniest pieces of avocados and a little lettuce. Waste of money.

Good busy location, can be tough finding parking with the ICBC nearby.
I still prefer the Brick Yard location as they’re more generous with their portions, don’t skimp out on the meat or avocado. Here, I almost have to ask every time, it’s hit and miss depending who’s working.
