Doesn't break down their cardboard and doesn't sort their recycling properly. Lazy!

Friendly staff and always accommodating our needs and orders. We purchased catering salads and wraps and they've accommodated dietary restrictions very well. The only thing would be nice is to have is some more protein ratio vs greens.

Vegetarian options: Salads, wraps, and modified orders.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian friendly options. Goddess dressings etc. Has a list of ingredients for what is dietary friendly.

My wrap was so small and the ingredients were bunched. There were more bad bites than good. The first and last we're just bites of wrap and in the middle there were two bites that were straight tofu and two bites that were straight avocado and then two bites in between of each that were salad. It was a waste of money and their wraps are half the size they used to be and it was not an experience I will choose again.

I have been going to this chopped leaf since it has opened and it has gone significantly down hill.I ordered a design your own wrap and got home, opened the bag to see what looked liked the smallest wrap I have ever seen. I re-attended the location and they said, “yeah our portion sizes went down”.They re made the wrap and it was a tiny bit larger. Safe to say I won’t be going back to chopped leaf. Or at least this location.

Staff here are great and really quick at making the food. This is a staple takeout place for my wife and I, particularly the pesto quesadilla.

Quality is going down hill at this location. Past 3 times I have been to this location the wraps have been so small it hardly had any toppings. Complete rip off. I will not return to this

This location has gone downhill for some time. The last time we ordered they forgot my dressing. Kind of the most important ingredient. This time they put the dressing all over my takeout salad. I didn't plan on eating it until later b/c I work nights. What a soggy, wilted mess the salad will be when I get my break at 0200. Staff are careless. Waste of time and money.

Food was good. Wish the lettuce was a bit more. I went back the next day to use up my last coupon which expired in that day 30 Dec, with my kid but the store was closed earlier than it should. A few people were disappointed too when they were not able to get it. There wasn’t any notice given why it had to close early. I saw the staff was still inside.

I want to start by saying I love chopped leaf. The food is great. I live near the one in walnut grove location so I usually go to this one (very often until lately) everytime I go in it’s after work and they have a serious problem with making the salad rolls prawn and / or veggie. I always ask to order both or even just one and have only ever had one employee actually make them for me.. made my day. The young girls they have working there this past year have horrible customer service! They always say no, or the famous excuse of “we don’t have any left” ok can you make some please… no. Oh ok ? It’s not my fault they make them in the morning and “sell out” before we get there. I’m unsure if they aren’t trained on how to make the items they have on the menu? Or they just don’t want to. Either way I always order these with my wraps and then I just end up canceling my wraps and walking out. It’s unfortunate. If this ever changes I’ll edit my review.

I have been to many Chopped Leaf restaurants and this one is probably one of the best. Good number of choices (and try the new summer strawberry salads). My personal favourite is the Cranberry Pesto Chicken Sandwich. Friendly servers and the store is always clean. This place can get busy during lunch but you can always find a seat for dine in. Great location. Definitely recommended.
