The staff were great, very friendly, helpful and explained everything as this was our first visit. The only downside was other visitors who were drinking alcohol in the non drinking area, not watching their kids and letting them go into the pay play area when they had not paid. Staff tried to explain they had to have a wristband to go in and that the parents could not go in there with their kids but they ignored the staff. We felt bad for them as they were doing their best but were not being respected. Maybe alcohol at a kids play place is not the best idea? Just my 2 cents worth, after all it was only 2pm.

Games are mostly boring for kids over 10-12 but pricing isn't too bad. The 4 stars is because of customer service, especially Ashton who went above and beyond to create our experience. Thank you!

I ordered the cheese pizza and cotton candy. The pizza was cooked well with a good amount of cheese. Cotton candy was fluffy.

Great place to host a kid's birthday party. I had a nice experience since the booking til the end. Nice area, safe and the Chuck show made it even better. A decision-point was no cost per adults, that make us comfortable to invite all parents to joing us.
