M so sorry, but today on 26/08 .m doing my job near this shop so i tried to eat something from them . When i open the gate and two girls look at me and lough loudly is that funny something..and they looked each others again and loughed ..This is so uncomfortable atmosphere.may be they are from another planet and they see first time human may be thats why..i knw if u wana welcome someone in ur store u have to smile dont lough ..

The lady helping me had so much attitude when I wanted to redeem my offer sent to me as a loyalty member. I never have rude service at a cobs. No good morning or smile. I politely asked if there was a garbage can for the sample cup and she looked at me with disgust as she took the cup from me to throw away. She took the cinnamon 6 pack with her bare hands…. I was shocked! I would rather go to another location if this is their customer service moving forward.

Love how the Manager here truly cares about customer satisfaction. Very hard to find these days. He took care of it and made me feel like a valued customer. I have been back since and experienced great products. My new local Cobs.
I have recently (reluctantly at first) been trying to move to more whole grain products. . I'm so glad I found their very tasty whole wheat loaf.On the white bread side, the Baps are delicious!

Experienced some poor customer service when coming in for a loaf of bread. Asked for a specific loaf off the rack to be sliced to order and was directed to a shelf of pre-cut and bagged loaves and told to grab one of those. When insisting I wanted a specific loaf from the rack and for it to be cut for me he doubled down again and insisted I just grab one of those cuz it’s the same loaf and already cut.If you don’t want to do your job just say so.Left the store without what I wanted and unlikely to return due to a bad taste.The store is clean and well stocked - even towards the end of the day. Almost too stocked for being an hour before close. Makes me wonder if the pre-bagged bread is from a previous day and the employee lied about it being fresh. It feels quite hard. There is so much left at the end of the day.Also some fairly inconsistent bakes. The cheese buns were VERY light/underbaked looking and not much cheese while some of the fruit loaves looked quite burnt.
