I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party with a design that matches the theme of her party, when my husband picked up the cake , I opened the box and noticed the side that was supposed to be pink were white. I called right away and someone said we are sorry you can talk to the manager and she will do a compensation or something, I realized my daughter is upset anyways and I can't do anything so i asked will you please make a note of our conversation and she replied sure.when I went back to store and talked to her, the manager, she was keep saying that was your order and was stopping me when I was talking in a very rude way and when Iasked her bring my order she refused. Anyways I'm not going to go back to your store and I hope you can work more on the customer service part of your business otherwise regardless of your good product you will lose your loyal customers.
