Apparently this owner owns 4 Langley locations and uses a different Point of sale system than every other DQ in BC, he upcharges where he shouldn’t, the staff are aware that he does this and say their hands are tied, avoid these 4 DQ’s at all costs.

My food sat in the heating area I had to go up and ask for it while it got cold there . This place is normally best DQ I go to but this stuff not good at there job. If the older nice white lady is working you get great food .

Dirty not clean and long waiting period.

My fiancé (now husband) and I decided we wanted a simple ice cream cake from DQ for our wedding, so we went to the website and ordered it from this location. The website said it would be ready for pickup the following day. My husband went to pick it up after work the next day, and he told me they pulled an unlabeled cake from the back and insisted he pay for it in store. He showed them the confirmation email saying he paid by visa, but they wouldn’t accept this and kept insisting he pay for it a second time, so he left and ended up paying for a cake somewhere else. He asked this store for a refund but they kept giving him the runaround, saying he needed to talk to a manager that was never there. I encouraged him to contact corporate, and they offered us a gift card for our trouble. Needless to say we will never be back to this location.

Stick to yummy treats and leave out the politics. There's enough of that these days.

Venturing into politics with your pro PP / JT resignation sign stunt is a sure fire way to anger half your customers and Berkshire Hathaway. Just saying. I won't be eating there soon. I'm sure BH has pretty strict signage SOP. Hope news spreads :)

Front person touching their face constantly. Had to stop and ask what's in a smarties blizzard. Pretty sure smarties goes in it. Walked out without ordering.

I love Dairy Queen, but I have been sitting in the drive thru now for 20 minutes waiting to purchase a gift card. There have been only 2 cars ahead of me. I am not sure how a single meal for a single person in the one car ahead of me could take 15 minutes, but somehow it is true. There are at least two people working inside. Please hire more help for them!!! Thank you

Everything is tasty and good. There is not enough order, there are security cameras, but what are they used for? Young guys put their feet on the table and after that someone will put their food there. I hope management will pay attention to this.

very much agreeing with the rest of the reviews!! i’ve never had such insanely rude customer service and coming from someone who is a manager in that field is crazy. went through the drive thru and ordered a blizzard which i was waiting for so long in the line about at least 6 minutes. when i got to the window the blizzard was melted and the younger man did not flip my blizzard so therefore i said if you don’t flip it don’t you get a free one? he shook his head and said im not sure and then said he did flip it which he did not and turned his head away from me so i left. i then called the store to speak to a “supervisor” who said yes i should of gotten a free one and i explained what happened and she said she had to check with the co worker to see what happened and she said “he said he flipped it” and so i told her that he said that but didn’t and to check their cameras which she doesn’t have access to so i asked when the manager will be in to speak to since there wasn’t one on shift and that she wasn’t sure so then i asked why she couldn’t check the schedule to see and she said she couldn’t do that either. this is ridiculous.

This is one of the worst DQ locations I have been to and I use to live in Vancouver.

1. The staff there are very unfriendly and just terrible. I ordered my food via the drive thru, I understand hot food takes time so they ask me to park which I get. I was outside for 30 mins and they forgot about my order. I had to go inside and remind them. This happen not just once but 4 times in 1 month. I just stop going.
2. The food is horrible! I’m not sure what they do, the patties are dry, the chicken strips are cooked in really old oil that it gave my fries and chicken the rancid and bitter flavour. Inedible!
3. I hope you like cockroaches and rats, they sure got a lot there.
4. The teens they employ there spend more time chatting and on their phones . I get it but do that when there are no customers.
