I love Dairy Queen, but I have been sitting in the drive thru now for 20 minutes waiting to purchase a gift card. There have been only 2 cars ahead of me. I am not sure how a single meal for a single person in the one car ahead of me could take 15 minutes, but somehow it is true. There are at least two people working inside. Please hire more help for them!!! Thank you

Everything is tasty and good. There is not enough order, there are security cameras, but what are they used for? Young guys put their feet on the table and after that someone will put their food there. I hope management will pay attention to this.

very much agreeing with the rest of the reviews!! i’ve never had such insanely rude customer service and coming from someone who is a manager in that field is crazy. went through the drive thru and ordered a blizzard which i was waiting for so long in the line about at least 6 minutes. when i got to the window the blizzard was melted and the younger man did not flip my blizzard so therefore i said if you don’t flip it don’t you get a free one? he shook his head and said im not sure and then said he did flip it which he did not and turned his head away from me so i left. i then called the store to speak to a “supervisor” who said yes i should of gotten a free one and i explained what happened and she said she had to check with the co worker to see what happened and she said “he said he flipped it” and so i told her that he said that but didn’t and to check their cameras which she doesn’t have access to so i asked when the manager will be in to speak to since there wasn’t one on shift and that she wasn’t sure so then i asked why she couldn’t check the schedule to see and she said she couldn’t do that either. this is ridiculous.

This is one of the worst DQ locations I have been to and I use to live in Vancouver.
1. The staff there are very unfriendly and just terrible. I ordered my food via the drive thru, I understand hot food takes time so they ask me to park which I get. I was outside for 30 mins and they forgot about my order. I had to go inside and remind them. This happen not just once but 4 times in 1 month. I just stop going. 2. The food is horrible! I’m not sure what they do, the patties are dry, the chicken strips are cooked in really old oil that it gave my fries and chicken the rancid and bitter flavour. Inedible! 3. I hope you like cockroaches and rats, they sure got a lot there. 4. The teens they employ there spend more time chatting and on their phones . I get it but do that when there are no customers.
Sorry was busy when the ap popped up for a review. My last two visits comprised of a frazzled and stressed woman, my wait in the drive through line was nearly a full 15 min. Inexcusable for a fast food place. Terribly understaffed. I feel so terrible for that poor woman doing her best to serve us. Human ability only goes so far. HIRE MORE STAFF. Especially at lunch time. DQ is a food of convenience but it's become inconvenient to wait so long for fast food, I had to work 15 min after my shift to make up for that lost time. Do better my dudes!

0 stars never coming here again the went through the drive thru waited for like 3 minutes for someone to take my order and there was no one else in line when they started talking the lady just said hello through the speaker and didn’t ask for my order so I thought she was an automated voice and then when I responded I got told in a rude voice “WAIT A MINUTE” by a man so then I really thought the lady was an automated voice and then when I was ordering she was rude I ordered a burger and a chicken strip meal and she acted like I was dumb when i was ordering the burger then I had 2 people on the speaker telling me that they don’t do a brownie batter blizzard with fudge in the middle but I’ve gotten in literally every time I go to dq but was so fed up I didn’t argue and just said never mind then waited at the window for 5 minutes for someone to take my payment the workers were walking around giggling with eachother and then when i finally got my food after another 15 minutes of waiting the girl shoved it out the window and didn’t say anything so if I could give 0 stars I would

I ordered a cheeseburger from here last night and waited. A man was cooking food inside, his greasy hands were not wearing disposable gloves He put cheese on the burger with his hand and smeared it on the clothes he was wearing. It's the worst

What can I say about the dairy Queen. Excellent frozen treats! My favorite of course is a peanut buster parfait but since I am trying to watch my weight I don't have them as often as I would like.
