(My review is solely based on ice creams and shakes. I haven't tried burgers here)Despite a lot of run-of-the-mill reviews for DQ, I reckon it has the cheapest yet plausibly tasty ice creams in town. We thought the size of the Oreo brownie and choco brownie cup ice creams was just perfect for a family of four. It's a go-to place to coddle your midnight cravings. I also give a thumbs-up to the assiduous staff.

Came in around 8:45pm - Sunday Dec 31st. Service was amazing. Our family of 5 walked in and ordered some blizzards and milkshakes for dessert. The young lad who was working there walked over and handed us the drinks at our seats. He was very enthusiastic and well-mannered. Hopefully he sees this comment and gets recognized.

Ordered a Oreo Blizzard and it didn't have any Oreos in it. Got them to replace it and it still didn't have any Oreos. This DQ seems to be cheap with the toppings.

Probably the most arrogant irresponsible idiot in all of Canada is employed here!!Worst person to work in a customer service position. The few minutes we interacted with this girl would have been the worst interaction I’ve had in Canada.Never gonna go back.To management: when you employ people at least make sure they wont jeopardize your business!Edit: just came home and looked at the food. They didn’t even gave us waht we ordered. They literally had one customer inside and I was the only drivethrough!! More than ridiculous!Date 27 Nov Time 4.00 PM

Went through the drive-thru at 10pm 1 hour before close so I don't expect super fresh, I understand it's late. But what I recieved was two brick solid pieces of dried out beef smothered in mustard.I get this burger many times before and no problem.But if this is the condition of the food at night, just throw it out. Tell me it's sold out or something. Don't make me pay $7 for garbage that you're about to throw out, just so I have to throw it out at home in my garbage.

A very rare treat as prices are always on the high side but Ice-cream was good...
11:30 am Sat. ordered 2 bacon deluxe burger combos had to went 20 mins at the window. they have one pensioner working , she said someone is coming in at 12.00. seems like they don’t want to pay a extra hr to have another employee there at 11 am on the weekend so they don’t have a line up of cars in line for 20 mins each order. the lady did good for the amount customer s she had to service. won’t be going to fast foods on weekends.

Cashier was nice and service was fast but pretty poor quality. Just got food for my kids but chicken was dry and cold. Fries were fine.Also, a number of homeless people hanging around out front and periodically coming into grab stuff from the restaurant. Can’t say I wanted to stay any longer than I had to with kids around.

We have been to this location several times. The food is fast food of course, but it is always tasty and fresh.The staff have always been friendly and helpful.The parking lot can be a little tight when the area is busy.
