Shrinkflation is real!! Over the span of 1 year, Dairy Queen has increased the prices of their cakes, but they’ve slowly been making their chocolate layer in their cakes (likely the most expensive part) skinnier. This is the sad reality of many large companies now. This is not the fault of the employees or this specific location, just Dairy Queen as a whole.

Extremely disappointing experience. I visited this Dairy Queen with a valid, unexpired coupon and was shocked when the staff refused to honor it. When I calmly asked why, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude, especially when I was simply trying to use a promotion they themselves had offered. I won’t be returning to this location. Poor customer service and zero accountability.

The food was microwaved and made us sick. The lady working at the front counter had nothing but attitude. We didn’t dare complain about our food because anther couple complained about their food and the lady working just straight up walked away from them mid conversation. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location! I will be doing the extra drive and going to the Aldergrove location. At the Aldergrove location they are friendly, and welcoming and the food is actually fresh.
Very rude customer service, asking her a question and looks at me and walks away without answering, served others before mine even tho it was done, got it cold...gave me a coupon as a sorry but was very rude about it...

Okay so I came here because I’m addicted to the pumpkin pie blizzards. I think I’ve eaten one 3 times a week so far. The lady that was here when I came gave my boyfriend 2 extra chicken strips and filled my pumpkin blizzard to the MAX. Shoutout to her. And as always the pumpkin pie blizzard was a 10/10!
