Immediately after eating our blizzards on Sunday night, both my wife and I got violently ill. This is beyond food poisoning. Obviously no cleanliness here, and the drive though is super tight. Will never return to this location

I visited today in the drive threw I asked to buy a honey mustard which is normally .25cents and he said it was 2.50$ and i said are you sure its not 25cents he told me do you want to come inside and look at the screen!? Then the other girl walks over and I asked her is the sauce 2.50 and she said no its 25cents and he just stepped away and no apology. The girl told me he typed it in wrong. His customer service was so bad and my onion rings were not cooked properly

We wanted to order a cake for my son’s birthday, however since we were ordering a custom cake with his photo on it, we had to place the order online. There was an issue with the online system, as it was not reflecting the design number we had chosen from the in store book, and we also couldn’t place the order in store as I didn’t have a printed picture with me. However, the employees were so creative and helpful that they helped me place the order online and make changes and add design in store. I felt overwhelmed in the moment as I really wanted the cake design we had chosen as I had my heart set on it. The employees decided to help me place the order online, put the design number in the comments and confirm the order. A fairly simple solution yes, but it was the collaboration of effort that I really appreciated. Thank you to the employees at this location for all your hard work and effort and am absolutely beautiful cake.

I’ve always had good experiences at this DQ. We come here fairly regularly and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. We have had no issues using our coupons as I’ve seen in other reviews. Prices for fast food tend to be up everywhere so we usually only come when there is a coupon deal of some kind. We enjoy the meals - burgers are good. We also like the desserts - the ice cream just tastes better than at other places. Have had the cakes too - they’re pretty decent.

Shrinkflation is real!! Over the span of 1 year, Dairy Queen has increased the prices of their cakes, but they’ve slowly been making their chocolate layer in their cakes (likely the most expensive part) skinnier. This is the sad reality of many large companies now. This is not the fault of the employees or this specific location, just Dairy Queen as a whole.

Extremely disappointing experience. I visited this Dairy Queen with a valid, unexpired coupon and was shocked when the staff refused to honor it. When I calmly asked why, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude, especially when I was simply trying to use a promotion they themselves had offered. I won’t be returning to this location. Poor customer service and zero accountability.
