Ordered on skip the dishes for pickup. The geriatric man behind the counter had no idea what he was doing and tried to tell me that there was no order for me he didn't know what I was talking about. He asked me where my bag was as if I was a driver even though I already told him it was for pick up for me

The older woman working on Saturday(Nov 23) lunch time was free handing burger patties in the back, could see it through the little food window where they put the prepared items. No gloves on, long unclean looking fingernails too, then came to the till to handle cash, right back to food without any glove or hand washing. No care in the world for food safety. Gross! Won’t be back here after see that.

Food is good, but I miss the old seating setup. They installed high seats that aren’t comfortable. I went here recently and there were only 2 other customers. After they received their food they went to the picnic table outside to eat.

Went for the blizzard...not disappointed.

Recent experience at DQ was not impressed by the new seating layout. There is nowhere for younger families with children to sit safely except at an outside picnic table,all the seats are unsafe for anyone younger than 5 to sit at. Looks like a hospital. Booths are gone thanks .DQ was one of my favorite places

Ice Cream is more expensive than I remember, but I had a great Peanut Buster parfait, and my company enjoyed their sundaes and the plant based dilly bars. They should make plain dilly plant bars for dogs if they are truly coconut and dog friendly w/o chocolate.

Vegetarian options: My daughter loves the plant based dilly bars.

Came here waited 20 minutes in line to get to the window after ordering, the lady came to the window just to talk not even give the customer or make the customer infront their food, ice cream etc, not only that but after the 20 minutes when i had finally gotten to the window my two blizzards were melted, one was spilling over out of the cup. i asked for napkins the lady was rude didn’t say anything she handed me then while looking at me strange, when i pulled up to the window keep in mind my two blizzards are ordered were sitting to the side while the man before me his blizzards seem to have taken 20 minutes?? terrible service knowing i’m paying $22 dollars for blizzards that are melted and just pure plan ice cream at the bottom, not even the flavour we had asked for meaning they hadn’t blended it fully . terrible experience.

When I go there it’s always not as busy as you’d think, Family’s come in every once and a while but it’s usually empty. Foods good but over priced. Great place for ice-cream though. Would not go if I had a peanut allergy
