Paid for extra cheesecake in my medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard and I swears to god there was one piece of cheesecake in the whole blizzard. Waste of money.

It was very nice in there! It was super clean! The girls at the counter were so nice and very friendly ☺️ everything we had was fresh and tasty! Never been to this location but it's my friends favorite and I can see why 😀 keep up the great work!
There was lots of parking available too!

We ordered a custom 2 tier cake, and Kiran the cake decorator at this location did a wonderful job. She was very communicative and helpful and we were very happy with the final product.

Ice cream is poor quality not sure if they changed the ingredients but it same quality now as other fast food places at more than double the price. If I wanted cheap quality ice cream I would go to the others and pay way less. Profits over quality and customer service does not end well will not re-visit ever again.

Manager at 88th avenue Langley where the sandman hotel is . should be fired . Argued non stop about over charging me on a sundae said they don’t have jack and Jill but charged us for chocolate and marshmallows then gave us a half a size . Argued with everything I said . Will never come back to this location avoid here if you want good service

Went to go pick up a blizzard and chicken strip basket. I ordered 6 pieces and when I opened the box there’s only 4. Asked for ketchup none in the bag. Literally 20-25 pieces fries in the box as well. Not what the picture looked like on the menu.

Ordered on skip the dishes for pickup. The geriatric man behind the counter had no idea what he was doing and tried to tell me that there was no order for me he didn't know what I was talking about. He asked me where my bag was as if I was a driver even though I already told him it was for pick up for me

The older woman working on Saturday(Nov 23) lunch time was free handing burger patties in the back, could see it through the little food window where they put the prepared items. No gloves on, long unclean looking fingernails too, then came to the till to handle cash, right back to food without any glove or hand washing. No care in the world for food safety. Gross! Won’t be back here after see that.

Food is good, but I miss the old seating setup. They installed high seats that aren’t comfortable. I went here recently and there were only 2 other customers. After they received their food they went to the picnic table outside to eat.

Went for the blizzard...not disappointed.

Recent experience at DQ was not impressed by the new seating layout. There is nowhere for younger families with children to sit safely except at an outside picnic table,all the seats are unsafe for anyone younger than 5 to sit at. Looks like a hospital. Booths are gone thanks .DQ was one of my favorite places
