Where do I start? I walked into a ghost town of a restaurant at 9pm on a Friday night. Was not greeted right away as there was no one at the host desk, only to be pointed by a server which I assumed meant to grab a seat. As I walked towards a table, a man who I assumed was the manager came up and grabbed a menu and sat me at a table.
Server came and asked what I’d like to drink and gave me a few minutes to decide my order. Let’s say it was more than a few minutes. I made eye contact with her and she didn’t acknowledge me until I spoke up and said I was ready.
She took my order which she didn’t write down and then i knew parts of my order would be incorrect. I was right. I had to request it again when my food came out. The food was very tasty so kudos to the kitchen staff.
I did not see my server at all for the rest of the night after she took my order. My glass was empty and was needing a refill, no one came until again, I had to speak up to the manager who happened to be walking by but the whole time they both disappeared to the back of the restaurant, which I assumed is the kitchen. He didn’t bring out the water, instead called the server who came out about 2 minutes later with it.
Service was absolutely dreadful. Worst I’ve experienced in a very long time. I will most definitely not be back. It’s extremely upsetting that my server was standing there with a smile as I paid expecting a tip. I paid, did not tip and left right away as I don’t know how much longer I could’ve stayed as the service completely ruined my experience.

I had a horrible experience at Denys with my friends. For one the service was bad and she didn’t check up on us at all. Then she forgot menu items and didn’t write anything down which I found odd as there was 5 of us at the table with separate orders. Then we got the deep fried pickles and I took a photo because it was comical and horrible and my friend and me even commented and she insisted we pay for them on the bill which I was suprised. I come here often and have been for years as it’s open late and we all work in health care but this is horrible experience here and the lady was super rude.

Food is much better than other Denny's I have been to. Prime Rib Eggs Benny was charred and tasted great compared to others at other Denny's. The pancakes are also so much more fluffier than other locations'. I would recommend this location and would definitely come back.
No idea how the food was because we couldn't even get seated . Highly unorganized and under staffed .

Our server was incredible , excellent service. The restaurant #9217, Willowbrook Drive is old, dark, worn and dirty looking. Desperately needs a renovation.

We eat at dennys often but never been to this location and wont be again. The eggs were runny and service lacked and it was not even busy.
