Arrived to pick up pizza order, gentleman was placing a large stack of cooking trays back on the shelf. One fell to the ground, and the girl beside him picked it up off the ground and put it in the stack ready to use while there were 2 customers in the lobby. Although the germs will likely cook off in the oven, just knowing that this was put in the back out of service is enough for me to not return.

Ordered on a Friday night at 5:40 - knowing a Friday could be busy. EST time 30-40 mins. At 50 mins called and they could not tell me where my order was but it would be an hour. Refresh tracker and now 51-61 mins. At 1hr and 10 mins called again and manager could not tell me where my order was because they were too busy - I insisted on an answer - order had NOT even been started yet. Brutal service - order cancelled.

After our last experience we will never be ordering again, both pizzas looked like they were dropped and the delivery guy just stood at our door and never knocked he finally called asked if knocked said no! Called and was told pizza looked like that cause was thin crust seriously give me a break DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

The garbages are always overflowing and smell disgusting. It makes me lose my appetite by how their garbages are always overflowing. Clearly the staff don't care to look after their work space. I can't imagine how poor the food safety standards are.
