Late delivery. Almost 2 hours for 4kms away. Complained to the store and the franchise. Nothing was done to rectify my loss, not even like $5 off next purchase. Owner emailed me a week later looking for pictures of the cold products.
Trash store, greedy owner. If cold, cardboard pizza is the result of orders from this company, I will just take my business elsewhere. Looks like there are several complaints, like mine in the reviews.

Do waste your time.Ordered a pizza at 6.10 pm.They said 37 minutes for delivery.After an hour we called the said it would be delivered in 10 minutes.40 minutes later called again and they said it was not out for delivery. I gave Domino's 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars

Terrible pizza and careless preparation Ordered from this Domino’s location for the first time and it will definitely be the last. The pizza was horrible—clearly made with no care. The center was paper-thin while the edges were just thick, puffy bread. There was barely any cheese at all (not sure how you can call it pizza when it’s basically just bread and sauce). The taste was bland and disappointing. It looked like it was rushed out of the oven without anyone checking the quality. Honestly, it felt like the staff didn’t know how to make a proper pizza. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I only wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I don’t even want to give them one star. They deserve no star.
