I paid for 4 chicken protein mayan bowls. The bowls looked like they were 70% eaten. The lady didn't even talk to me. This is not worth $16. Not a good experience wasted of money and food went in garbage.

I go to Donair Affairs other locations almost weekly. I ordered through Uber eats for the first time and the portion was half as much as I normally get, the chicken was rubbery, flavorless, cold and had a gelatinous texture like reheated leftovers?and their hummus tasted plasticky? I will not be returning to this location.

Bizarre encounter. The woman working coughed on her hands and proceeded to start making my food. I had to stop her and ask her to go wash her hands before continuing to make food. She then operated the till and proceeded to make the next customer’s food without washing her hands or wearing gloves.
This is odd. I have been here many times over the years and have never had these issues. Has something changed?

Staff member ignored customer while talking on a cell phone. Then proceeded to try and make food without washing hands. Another staff member showed up and immediately started working with out washing hands. After food was ready an additional charge was added on top of the listed price for asking for it in a certain style which is listed on the menu for the same price.

It was my go-to place for years. I ordered chicken plate - $15.42 Until recently. The potion size small. Chicken quality is bad. 30% cartilages & Bones. Rice are not good quality. Salad is stale. Humus has a weird texture.
The pita bread was fine.
I am so frustrated that i spent 15.42 for lunch and got such a bad food. I think the worst donair experience i have had.

My husband and I drove all the way here from Port Coquitlam as the hours online say that you're open from 11-3. We just got here now (12:25pm, Sunday the 24th.) The lights are on, but the doors are locked. The woman who was inside working just shook her head at us when we tried to open the door. Don't advertise that you're open from 11-3 on Sundays if you indeed are not. What a waste of our time and gas.

I ordered falafel donair , such a bad experience Falafel not cooked properly and cucumbers and tomatoes is mushy and stale, lettuce is red in colour. They serve stale food. Not worth at all never come back to this place . Really bad old expired food served.

The people are nice the place is clean and nice., but this place serves ICE COLD donair ! It’s an absolute crime ! How is this chain so popular I have given it multiple chances cold donair every time ! Not even a little bit warm they legit serve cold donair
