Food is decent, but unfortunately they dont understand the concept of customer service. They have come off rude more than a few times since dining here, if you have any weird requests - they speak amogst eachother in their own language - I did not feel welcome when returning at this location so hence why I wont be coming back

I've been a regular customer at Donair Affair for a while now, and I want to give a big shoutout to the staff who continue to provide amazing service even under tough conditions. For the past three weeks, the air conditioning has been broken, and the temperatures inside have been uncomfortably hot. Despite that, the employees have remained professional, friendly, and quick with their service every time I visit.
It's clear they care about the customers and take pride in their work, even when the environment is far from ideal. I really respect their dedication.
That said, it's disappointing that the AC still hasn't been fixed after several weeks. As a loyal customer, I hope the owner steps up soon and ensures the staff — and the customers — have a more comfortable place to work and eat. They truly deserve better working conditions.

Tried Donair Affair on a colleague’s recommendation and I’m really glad I did. I had the chicken rice platter and while the portion size was on the smaller side, the flavor more than made up for it. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a donair that good — everything was well-seasoned, fresh, and seriously tasty. Definitely hits the spot if you're craving a good donair. Highly recommended!

I usually like this spot but the food has become so greasy, I couldn't finish mine. The meat was barely warm as well. It was dripping everywhere.
12$ for a Donair is criminal... meat portion is small. Used to eat here twice a week until portions got smaller and prices were affordable. Now I come by once ever 3 months or so just to see if there still in business 🤔 food is good thought.

I ordered a lamb wrap with cucumber olives feta cheese and mushrooms . She told me originally it would be $9.99 I added a pop she then charged me $18 I am super unimpressed the lady was rude as well DO NOT COME HERE

It’s a great place for a donair the last good spot in Langley! Small little shop with a ton of flavour I especially enjoy there lamb beef mix with there garlic sauce and hot sauce. These people know how to make a good donair and have great customer serve or and are always happy to greet you…….unlike that Hut place on the one way…. Make sure to check them out.
