A gem in Aldergrove. Our our-of-town hockey team of 25 children and parents was looking for a place for lunch at the last minute (the evening before), and called Ellas to see if they could miraculously accommodate us. Even with another group booked already on a busy tournament long weekend, they made quick internal adjustments and called me back in 15mins to confirm they were able to accommodate us. And even when I increased to 30, they were still able to accommodate. We had almost 3/4 the restaurant to ourselves. The atmosphere was nice and cozy (we were in our own room/alcove essentially), parents loved the choices of burgers and spaghetti for kids while grown-ups had calamari, souvlakis, spanakopita, etc. The lunch specials were delicious (though the rice was a bit under seasoned for me) and was very reasonably priced, and service was prompt for such a big group. They were flexible, friendly and accommodating. We all enjoyed our meals, and there was a nice popsicle treat for each kid after the meal. It also was great to support a small business. Thank you to the staff at Ellas!

We have been coming here since it opened and it just gets better and better each time, the calamari absolutely melts in your mouth and the lamb is phenomenal. We will absolutely be back!
Absolutely the best food I have had in a long time. Excellent seating arrangments and best of all...Avneet was amazing. No looking around for our waitress. We will certainly be back!!! Thank-you for opening so close to my house!!!

The food was very plain ,I don’t think Ella knows much about Greek food ?? They had only about three different beer to offer .The waitress did not even know what a Caesar was ??? Very disappointed!!

Ella’s Grill in Aldergrove is a gem! The chicken souvlaki is delicious, and the tzatziki is top-notch. Generous portions too! They even gave my daughter a little treat to take home, which was such a sweet touch. Definitely a great option in an area with fewer choices. Highly recommend!
