Be careful when you order dim sum. They don't accurately track the products they bring you.

The argumentative manager wrongfully and aggressively shared he had brought us our entire order. We decided to pay and a short time later he followed us out of the restaurant with our missing items causing a second scene in the parking lot. He blamed the confusion on another staff member.

We were publicly embarrassed by his actions twice and quickly left to de-escalate any further conversation.

Either under new ownership or new management, food is fantastic. Now we always go for dim sum. Absolutely everything came out piping hot, absolutely delicious. Service is fantastic. Whoever the last owner or manager was an absolute loser. It is absolutely fantastic now. I will definitely be back.

Came here with my family and friends. This restaurant serves dim sum for lunch which you don't find many in the Langley (like Luxe) or Surrey (like Neptune).

Inside is pretty spacious and they have very friendly staff. The atmosphere feels like the Chinese dim sum restaurants in Vancouver & Richmond. We ordered a bunch of dim sum and some other special items like fried rice and crab. The one thing that surprised me was that they gave XO sauce for free which most restaurants usually charge ... great bonus!

Overall the whole eating experience was great and will definitely come back here again to satisfy our dim sum cravings.

Never had Dim Sum but this was a great experience! The food was hot delicious and well served! Staff were fast and friendly. Next time we are in BC we will be back.

We were invited to have lunch with our family friend. Thank you to Y and J for treating us. It was a delicious and fabulous meal considering we're in Langley! The dim sum was decent and fried rice was huge! Kudos to the dim sum master(s) and chefs. Servers and managers were very friendly and attentive! Thank you!

Absolutely the Best Dim Sum and Service!
Empire Chinese Restaurant is hands down the best place for dim sum! The food is always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was perfection, from the dumplings to the BBQ pork buns. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and fast, even when the restaurant was busy. If you’re craving authentic dim sum and top-notch hospitality, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you to all of the staff including Glendy and Raymond

I'm not sure what died in their hot and sour soup, but I wouldn't feed it to my worst enemy. The items were not fresh, including the spring rolls - which was quite disappointing. The only saving grace were the fortune cookies, which is telling. Unfortunate, as we ordered from here many times over the last 10 years. Won't frequent again.

The food is very tasty and their service is really nice as well👍
