The place is surprisingly overpriced. Staff are not friendly and welcoming. I was going to vote 3 stars, but then just remembered we ordered and paid for a butternut squash soup and they totally forgot about it.

My Girl friend picked up a large Rueben for me for my first time trying this Restaraunt. I am very happy with my choice The smoked meat was perfect and as it should be the star of the show. Tender juicy smoked just rite the beef texture was spot on to how my grandmother used to make it for my Quebec born grandfather who fought in ww2. He would have been here every day for lunch as you did it like back home on the farm. Simple nothing to complicate the meat just a small smear of good quality mustard some home made saurkraut and a slice of good Swiss I love the panni pressed texture the meat gets on the edge super tasty.This was so good we forgot to take pictures guess you'll have to drop by and see for yourself! Ps don't forget a pickle or 2 loved every crunchy bite.My gf devoured her poutine before I really got a bite so must be good gravy is spectacular and not to salty cheese curds sqeeked just rite

Best, biggest authentic Montreal meat sandwich. Choice of medium or lean meat, Dijon or regular mustard on fresh rye bread. Also a plethora of other sandwiches and the fries are soooo good, sided with a juicy pickle and it's the perfect meal!

I just Ubered a behemoth of a sandwich from this place and I have to say; IT WAS AMAZING! the spicy dijon, slab of meat and the pickled peppers and Gravy! Excellent combo! The only reason I wanted to leave a review because I was disturbed by a one star review left by a previous patron; I think for what I paid and recieved was Indeed justifiable! Its hard right now for buisnesses to tackle inflating costs of goods, lease, electricity maintenence etc all while keeping their customers happy.. my suggestion to this individual is next time you want a sandwich like this; go to Save On buy the run of the mill meat they have, bread, mustard, everything and see what the bill comes out to! Try it and then compare for what you get! Really love the food here I will be ordering again!!

I enjoyed the regular Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich, medium, with fries and a coke. Prompt service and clean and bright restaurant. Their sandwiches are not only delicious and well made - they are absolutely consistent every visit . 10 out of 10!Jan 24/24 classic is perfect! Fries are good. Parking always difficult, but all great otherwise. 5 out of 5!

Cute little deli hidden away from the main busy stores on 200, but a GEM! Such great smoked meat and poutine was unreal! Even the coleslaw was unique and good !

Finally tried this deli by my work for lunch. I had a “regular” Ruben sandwich which I am a huge fan of. It was good, but not great, also it was $17 which is high in price . The meat was a bit dry. However, the sandwich was enjoyable. I ordered a a beef sandwich for my coworker but they gave us a sandwich with ham which ended up in trash as he doesn’t eat ham. A bit disappointed but I wouldn’t mind trying another type of sandwich another time.
