WHY WHY WHY are there ONLY TWO women cooking on a Saturday at lunch time?? Management???
These poor ladies. People were asking for refunds because they’d been waiting so long. To make things worse a group with 7 young boys wasting their time while dropping off burgers because they were not sure who ordered what.
Gong show. Chaos. Hope people tip well. My uber order was 15 minutes past estimated wait time. And we waited for about 30 minutes.
UPDATE: we wait 1 hr before cancelling our order via uber. What a waste of time plus all my family members and myself will now be retuning home hungry!!

Fatburger never disappoints. The food was cooked to perfection, and so fresh to my order, juicy and crunch (chicken sandwich). The server Arsh was excellent in explaining the menu, serving the food, and asking how everything was. I would rather spend a couple dollors more and come to fatburger for the quality food and service than going to a cheap quality fast food that serves old dry food.

The food was ok, but the staff were so mean to me when they realized my accent, they barley looked at me and when I was asking questions if which one is the most popular one so I can try, it was so hard for them to answer me and seemed like they were trying to get rid of me. They were saying goodbye and thank you to everyone and saying “have a great one”, but when I said good night to them, they did not even reply! I could enjoy the food but afterwards I had a really bad feeling and made me feel deeply sad. Hope they are not like this to anyone else:)
The food here is so good and so is the quality. Great hard working staff and so friendly. My daughter and I will be back.
