Fatburger Willowbrook

I put 1 star so that you get to read this, im not mad. You guys have to change the dataphones, there's one that hasn't been working for the last months, and today i wasnt able to pay.

Terrible terrible
First of all the cashier tried to convince me my gift cards were empty
Tried to keep my $50. She changed the cord between 3 handheld debit portals
And never washed her hands after dealing with the cash register and pos machines
Then we ordered it was $48.95
She made the poutine before the burger were cooked
A ball of slop! Couldn’t even eat it
The burgers so soggy there was grease seeping through the bag and oozing out the foil wrapper
Could only eat the meat
I would give 0 stars but it would not allow me
First time and last I guess

Popped into this location after stopping in at Willowbrook mall.

Kudos to the staff for being cross trained and not just taking orders promptly, but clearing and wiping tables, cooking, and doing it all while being short staffed. This isn't always an easy thing to do. More and more employers are requiring their staff to take on more responsibilities, while not having extra help. We are in a recession after all! The staff was friendly, hard working and the food was great. (4 stars for atmosphere because of a few things that need cleaning but are the responsibility of the owners. Not the employees.)

Went to order takeout at the mall and the poor chef had to come out from the kitchen to take my order because the front of house staff was too busy talking and walking around the mall on her cellphone, completely ignoring me.The woman who was busy in the back was lovely and clearly not getting paid enough if she's doing the work of two people, but I was ignored by the woman wearing the red shirt who, when finally stopping to help actual customers, still stayed on her phone during the transaction.

And you know what else isn't food safe? Having bright, silver painted acrylic nails. Whether your front or house or back or house I don't think you're supposed to have nails like that in a restaurant if you're going to be serving people food. Really unprofessional and honestly not food safe. Probably won't be back with service like this.

I am a regular customer from the Guildford location and i absolutely love the staff, food and atmosphere but when i came into this location i was extremely disappointed the seating area was disgusting the tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped all day the service was okay. I ordered the boneless wing taster when i received my order i noticed the “boneless wings” were actually chicken tenders chopped into pieces i brought this to the owners attention but she said they had always been like this but as i go to the other location their boneless wings are actually what boneless wings should be. Not being dramatic at all but these “wings” were disgusting they were dry had barely any sauce and were extremely chewy i had to force it down as it was an expensive meal but i will never return to this location again. If you are looking for quality food and service i suggest driving further up to the Guildford location.

Excellent Customer Service, highly recommended Yes. We got a couple of burgers and fries combo. We want a bit more toppings so I asked the stuff and she brought me a side dish, of all kinds including pickles all free of charge!
As we were finishing our burgers, the manager came out introduced herself as “Preeti “ she greeted us and welcomed us and asked if everything was satisfactory! It was amazing she is awesome we don’t see a services like that in a fast food joint !! Or even in a high class dinners ! After we were done we shook hands and went on our way feeling like VIP ! Way to go ! Congrats to your friendly staff and yourself Preeti for having such an awesome

No gloves while making burger, ripped me off, churros with out cinnamon on them. I boght them to enjoy with my coffee while driving back home. Hopeless service.

The lady who took our order had long nails and right after taking the order went straight to cooking. She didn't wear any sanitary gloves nor washed her hands. We waited quite a bit for our order and one of the burger had a long hair inside. Too bad we forgot to take a pic of it but when we brought it back, the lady didn't even apologize, just told me she would make a new one, wait for 5 min. After waiting 15 more mins, we ended up not eating, asked for a refund. Not a pleasant experince. We will never come back to this location.

Service was decent in speed but the wait was worth it. Curly fries were perfectly crispy and seasoning was sweet, burger wasn’t fat but average size, I’ll take it though

Order a baby fatburger ... menu said $9.99 asked to combo it up...menu said $4 for fries and drink...asked for cheese...$1.19....
When the lady punched in my order I was charged $11.99 for burger, $1.19 for cheese, $1 for medium fries and $3 for a drink... I paid with my debit card...after the receipt printed I noticed a different price shown on burger...menu price was $9.99 and I was charged $11.99...I asked the lady why she charged me $11.99 for thr burger and she tried to tell me whe. You order a combo it makes it $11.99 long story short her explanation did not make and sence, the manager was also trying to agree with her over this...anyways they gave up and gave me the $2 difference back and I ended up with a small fries instead of a medium.. it's not about $2 it's about the principle....what a joke what happend to the customer being right...what happend to honesty and integrity....will not be eating from this establishment after this
