I'm giving 3 stars because we waited 40+ mins for our meals. The server apologized for the delay due to kitchen error. She was really nice and kept us informed. The Fort house pizza was good, but the Meatza pizza was abit salty. The crispy chicken was a bit dry in the crispy chicken burger and same as the Fort burger. Overall, it is a bit disappointing for the price paid.

First time customer but the bellini and lettuce wraps were amazing and Sadie was a pleasure! Great service. I'll come back with friends!

We ordered four items - mushroom soup, nachos, a fish burger, and kids’ pasta. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The mushroom soup had an awful taste, the fish burger was smelly, the nachos were burned, and the kids’ pasta came out spicy (we had to send it back to be replaced).
The worst part, however, was the service. Our server seemed upset about something, which of course isn’t our place to fix, but it affected the experience. She never checked on us, didn’t return to see if we needed anything, and when it came time to pay, we couldn’t even find her. In the end, we had to ask another server to help us settle the bill.
We live in Langley, and they’ve lost a lifelong customer. We certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was looking forward to the seafood pasta dish. Menu changed, no seafood pasta. Ordered chicken wings. Given a choice of flavours. I ordered the salt and pepper wings. Surprised that the wings were breaded.

Great location, servers were nice, but service was minimal, food was not memorable and took too long to come out.

Heard good things , decided to try . What a mistake and waste of money ! Had tower of onion rings , they were like frozen McCain ones not the think ones you would expect from a pub. Ceasar salad was dry and lettuce was hot , not crisp. Chicken tasted burnt. Waitress forgot to put in one of our parties order than told us it went to another table, it’s was a specific sandwich so I’m sure the table it supposedly went to would have complained , we had clear view of the food coming out and did not see it delivered to another table. When it arrived bun was soggy like it had been microwaved . Overall terrible food , service was decent but never going back !

Made a reservation for our daughter’s 20th birthday. Arrived and were seated immediately. We then sat at our table ignored for 20 minutes. I got up and asked a waitress if someone could attend to our table. Nobody showed up for another 5 minutes and so we walked out.

Got seated, then ignored for almost 30 minutes by all the staff. Ended up leaving because no one came to serve us.

78$ for 2 meals/ half a salad and one drink. Are you JOKING. Waitress was HORRIBLE. She didnt care for our table at all. Not even asking if we wanted water and only brought my boyfriend a glass when he asked for it. Thats like common sense. The tacos were disappointing. The shells felt SO DRY and burnt, so bad that there was char sitting on the edges. There was only a piece of fish and one SINGLE onion on it. Nothing else. The caesar salad was incredibly bland, no sauce and the chicken was BURNT. So burnt that it literally tasted like charcoal. During our meal she didnt even come and ask if everything was ok. We had to ask her MANY times to come over and when she did it would take her so much time. I waited 8 minutes for a SINGLE SLICE OF LEMON that was brought to me on a tooth pick and not even in a single plate or anything. Straight up she was holding the toothpick and a single slice of lemon on it with no gloves on. The bathrooms didnt have soap. I hope management actually sees this and does something because this experience literally ruined our day trip to Fort Langley. Disgusting to call yourself a “business”

Had a very pleasant lunch at The Fort Pub and Grill. The food is a good portion, hot and fresh.
Our server Brittany gave excellent service, very kind and patient. Checked regularly for drink too ups and checked to ensure the food was good.
Have come many times before and will definitely come back!
