He was very kind and gave us a winery tour; it was so nice. You can buy nice wines inexpensively and also taste wines.

Really sad. This place used to be vibrant and fun. Used to be a regular and bring a lot of people here. It’s basically a derelict property now and a roll of the dice if anyone will come to the door. The posted hours mean nothing. Not sure what happened… but no longer worth the drive.

The wine is very good, but the man who worked there that did our tasting did quite a poor job. We waited about ten minutes out front before he even came out, he just mumbled and we couldn’t understand anything he said, which was very little, and he did not tell us anything about the wines. He acted like our being there was just an annoyance. Very poor customer service. The building was empty, dusty, and looked like it is not being looked after, there was all kinds of junk lying around on the property. I would not go back. The only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because I did like the wine.

What happened to this place??? It used to be so full of life and a fun place to grab some charcuterie boards & sangria on their beautiful patio… Now it seems like it is a random persons glorified hobby that has no clue what he is doing.I don’t even believe the wine that is being sold is new batches, it seems to be the wine left behind by previous owners. So sad… this place used to be great!!

Good tasting wine but what a weird guy. Very strange experience

Interesting fruit wines, blueberry was the best. Pear apple also good. Cranberry wine very tart though but may be good pairing with curry dishes. Moderately priced. Nice atmosphere, picnic tables for snacking outside after your tasting.I haven't been in for awhile, the new owners are not that friendly last time I popped in

Used to be a very enjoyable experience, a decade ago. Since then, we have phoned & checked their website to make sure they'll be open, arrived around 1:00 P.M... only to find it closed & not answering their phone! Foolishly we did this three more times before permanently giving up on this place.

Phoned in the morning to see if they were open and you could just go in, drove all the way there and arrives just after 12pm, the shop was closed, and no one answered the phone or came to the door. I wouldn't waste my time going ever again.

The caretaker didn't even have the language skills to explain anything about the wine. The place was so dirty that it's had cobwebs under the counter and on the shelves. I would not recommend it.

So, today, at our ride we stopped at The Fort Wine company at 26151 84th ave in Langley for some wine tasting. About 8 of us went in to taste the wine. I think our group spent about $250.I decided to go to the washroom first, and then I came out to taste the wine. I was the last one in the group. The proprietor was busy ringing up the sales, and Darryl was telling me what to try. I waited patiently for the proprietor to serve me, but after he finished his selling, he started to wash glasses and wipe the counters, while I stood waiting to be served. I asked him 4 times, very politely, to please serve me. He looked at me and said " You are the last one", he then kept wiping the counters, completely ignoring me.After my fourth request for service, and there was no one there but me, I felt insulted and told him to "Skip it, I'm leaving".Later on, after lunch at about 1:15pm, I googled the phone number and called. The same fellow, judging from his accent (Korean or Japanese) answered introducing himself as "Richard".I politely described the situation, and asked him why he didn't serve me? His response was that I left before he could serve me. I asked why he didn't serve me when there was no one else there...and why did he start cleaning up instead? At this point he said "You come back, I will serve you" I responded, "No, I'm never coming back, but I just need to know why you wouldn't serve me".Here's what he said after this...."You are Stupid, everyone was Stupid".

I was there with my cycling group on Monday July 25th approx.12:30 noon when we made several purchases. We then, as a group, sat out on their patio (in our own chairs) and enjoyed our lunch, sharing a couple of our purchases. As luck would have it, I forgot my small backpack. The closing time was listed at 4:00pm. We finished and left by 1:30 pm. After several failed attempts to call the premises, I gave up and on this website, I’ve read other negative posts to the same effect. If one advertises the store hours to be a 4:00pm closing, it reflects poorly, if in the height of the summer they just up and close early. That’s hard to qualify as attentive customer service 1 *

Just visited this hidden gem for a stagg. It is a must have experience! They offer a very laid back rustic approach. We had an absolute blast to start off our touring. I'm not a huge fan of fruit wines but the cranberry wine will be a crowd pleaser at your next Thanksgiving or Christmas get together. It was a true suprise to our tastebuds. Definitely one to add to the list on your next tasting journey. I say why buy one bottle when you can buy two. You won't be disappointed ?

Terrible customer service. Wei Su is communicative while you are making the purchase but any follow up and she will ghost you.
