I won't be ordering from this location anymore. The smoothie bowl arrived completely melted and tasted more like soup. Probably didn't help that they packed it in the same bag as the hot bowls. And there were almost no toppings.👎

Ordered a smoothie bowl , got pushed back three orders so after waiting about 15-20 mins for this i got a Bowl that had the consistency m of water and not a smoothie , basically 0 toppings and huge chunks of ice ( 6 or 7 i only thought to take a picture near the end of the bowl) . Avoided this place at all costs

My husband ordered two bowls in store today and when we went to eat them, we realized one bowl just had no sauce. Zero. They just didn't put any sauce on it. Not sure how you miss that step entirely unless you're not paying any attention. We aren't able to go back before closing so it's a waste of a bowl because who wants to eat dry noodles and veggies?

I just don't Understand how hard it can be to make a salad with no dressing or dressing on the side this is not the first time they've screwed up our order at the store absolutely ridiculous
This is now a second Review wow how special this place must feel that they are getting two reviews from me both at separate times! My partner went to this particular store yesterday to get her salad on her way to work simple easy a salad the person serving her at Freshii were the same gloves to operate the register as the same gloves to open the refrigerator door and the same gloves to do all other task tasks and then make the salad but hang on. There’s the best part to this. As soon as it was time to eat the salad, guess what it was not fresh fresh at all it was actually really gross and slimy. The cucumber was old and you know when you have old stale cucumber it’s slimy. That’s exactly what the salad was.
Please please please food safe if you’re reading this get over there quickly to the store before they poison. Somebody and Freshii please get it together. If nothing else at least serve fresh produce you charge a lot for your salads. I would expect it to be fresh as in your name Freshii.!!! Too bad there are no options for ZERO STARS!

Don’t know why you change the menu. Used to have Tex mex wrap. Now it’s like chipotle pick the style then the protein etc. What I had was just ok. You also intro the tacos 2 years ago but only available for 4 month. You think changing is good ? I am disappointed in the taste and after taste.

Vegetarian options: We tried oaxaca bowl as gluten free and everything was to the point.

I used to like this restaurant, but the last time I tried the Buddha Satay bowl it tasted very watery and was not pleasant. I find at this location, they are very skimpy on the sauce.

Ate here today with a friend, and it seriously was one of the best tasting and freshest meals I've eaten out that was genuinely healthy and delicious. Had the cobb burrito and a strawberii banana smoothie.Lovely and quick service, satisfying and filling food with large portions, the food and smoothie was both flavorful and refreshing (the smoothie not too sweet either), and good prices. Absolutely will come back again.This place is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly!

This has to be the slowest service I have ever received. No one inside so figure shouldn’t take long, 8 minutes later someone finally takes my order. Now been here for almost 15 minutes still waiting for my one bowl. No urgency whatsoever
