Bought 2 chia seed puddings tonight as takeout, as they are my absolute favourite healthy dessert. My son and I ate one at home shortly after and they were watery, had minimal fruit, and they didn't taste fresh at all. Huge disappointment, as we were looking forward to it. Never experienced this at a Freshii before.

Food is good. Ordering for takeout is pointless. Ordered a couple of times, each time I get there before they start making the food.Today I ordered 1 hour ahead for a specific time. Got there 5 mins after the "ready by" time. Still had to wait 10 mins because they had not started making the food when I got there. Not the place to go if you are busy and trying to schedule ahead.

Changed their menu, wouldn't make the wrap I always get with tofu because it said it's with chicken on the menu, staff were very rude, changed everything, can no longer get bowls made into wraps vice versa. Will not be going there ever again. Stay

Just went to the walnut grove location and ordered a Italian market chicken wrap . Got home opened it up to a soggy mess the wrap it’s self was so soggy it had no middle left . It fell apart before even unwrapping . Wilted soggy rotten lettuce . And there was so much liquid in it it was like a soup on the plate with some mushy pieces of chicken and a few weird looking chunks of chicken. This place has really gone down hill it used to be great ! freshii as a franchise has been let down as of late the quality just does not seem to be there in comparison from when a lot of the franchises opened a few years back . I will never go back to any location.

Love Freshii and the staff and food are great. Todays order was very disappointing though. I ordered the Cobb salad with added chicken, and the chicken was frozen in the middle. I tried heating it up but it was just inedible. And the bacon looked very undercooked I feel like it should be crispy? The rest of the salad was great! Very fresh. Just honest feedback, but I’ll still return. :)

Not worth it the price. Bought Tex mex bowl with chicken for 18.85$. The quantity is way less, had only two bites of chicken.totally
Get the peanut butter chocolate shake with added whey. Or whatever else you want. Best smoothie place I have been to and great prices too!

Great food that is ready fast!Went for a quick bite after a workout. I ordered the chicken cheese pocket and the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. The smoothie was thick and tasted exactly like it’s name, chocolate and peanuts.The chicken cheese was the prefect snack to go along with my smoothie.The staff were friendly and efficient.I would recommend Freshii to anyone looking for a quick bit.

Teriyaki Twist Bowl was inedible. The rice wasn't cooked, it had almost no teriyaki sauce and the vegetables were not cooked. The dish tasted old and disgusting. Tex Mex Burrito had a similar issue with the rice not being cooked at all. It was extremely disappointing after reading the decent reviews this place had.
