I ordered food from this location and unfortunately discovered once I got home that the yogurt was missing from my order. When I called to let them know, I was told they were already aware of the mistake—yet I hadn’t been informed at all. They didn’t offer a refund or to have the item delivered. Instead, they told me to place another order through Skip so they could include the missing item with that, and then ended the call abruptly. It was a very disappointing experience. A simple call to inform me about the missing item would have gone a long way. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I had ordered 5 rumali rotti and 5 garlic naan, but I received all rumali rotti — there were no garlic naans in my order. When I spoke to the owner, instead of offering a solution, discount, or any adjustment, he just gave me explanations. This is not acceptable customer service. I expected better professionalism and responsibility for the mistake.

I have always ordered pizza from their surrey location. I was in langley for some work and was craving pizza. I thought that it would be the same as their surrey location but no, it tasted pretty weird and was burnt with crust hard as a rock. I ordered the veggie and panner tikka pizza here. Veggie tasted sweet for some reason like it was straight up sweet. Panner tikka pizza had no taste. Didnt even get any ranch or chillies like the other location. Waste of money would not recommend. But i would recommend the location in Surrey Fraser hwy and 148 St.
