Wow. We had the best experience today at glass house. Waffa was our server and it was the best service I have had in so long. We felt so cared for and tended to. And she was just such a delight. I hope whoever is managing knows just how lucky they are to have her. Truly. 12/10 service. The food was lovely and the wine was delicious. We will be back again and again! Ask for waffa if you come :)

Great location. Attention to details could be better. Picnic tables are all sloped in long grass. The gardens need attention. The wine and food were good but not quite to the point where I’d rave about it. Room for improvement is not a bad thing.

Customer service was extremely bad. Food on the table no cutlery or napkins. Ordered wine with complimentary wine to take home charged but not given. Ask twice to different server to check out after waiting 20m. May be this place playing with people's colour. Bad experience. Never go back

I visited Glass House Winery in Langley last weekend with a few friends. The place itself is beautiful, and the food and wine we ordered were quite good. However, the customer service was really disappointing. Ingrid, who I believe is the owner, was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Her attitude completely ruined what could have been a lovely outing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

I came to the winery yesterday and had a wonderful time with my fiance! The service and staff were great and very nice and respectful. The food and wine was excellent and the property is beautiful. The vibe is great and I really enjoyed my time I will 100% be coming back!
My wife and I have been going to Glass House since Spring 2017. The wine is great; but more importantly…at Glass House…you are family first and a client second. The staff takes pride in remembering their clients..the winery is pristine, the grounds are tranquil…we can’t think of a more relaxing winery experience in Langley, especially with having a young family.

ZERO STARS!! Glass house claims to be family friendly yet the experience we had was the complete opposite. The co-owner Ingrid was completely unprofessional to her staff and customers. She was rolling her eyes at our kids playing when there was no other customers and the place was dead. She was argumentative and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. She called our kids unruly as they were in the picnic area and the place wasn’t even busy. The rest of the staff were great and didn’t care about the kids playing being that the place was completely dead. However Ingrid does not like kids and noise. Her staff were embarrassed by her actions and she still can’t take any accountability for being unprofessional and rude. She shut the door of the patio on us even after her own staff told her several times not to so we can use the washroom. She continued to be argumentative and unprofessional even with them in front of customers. Don’t claim to be family friendly if you only want to cater to couples. There are other wineries out that way that are more kid and family friendly where owners don’t roll their eyes at kids. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however they never apologized for Ingrid’s behavior nor acknowledged how unprofessional she was. If I could give it zero stars for this experience I would. Ingrid needs some training in being professional and treating customers properly. Do better!

Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. It was easily one of the most best experiences we’ve had in a while. It wasn’t just great wine and beautiful views. It was the people that made it truly special. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Waited forever to get someone to order my food . Order bao buns with chips . Absolutely disgusting. Chips were literally out of an old Dutch bag. The buns barely had anything in them . No flavour. Wine was good and I think from what I seen the instagram poser pictures were good . Food absolutely sucked!. Complained to my server and she was clueless. To bad! Beautiful winery. Lots of potential. But ended up eating somewhere else. Please stop serving food just stick to wine.

I’m not one to write a review, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. We had a terrible time trying to have a small gathering at this winery. The owner, Ingrid, was off putting to say the least. It’s clear the staff doesn’t get adequate training and the problems start at the top.
I would not recommend hosting any events here (extra fees coming your way). I hope it improves, because the venue looks nice.
