A Total Letdown: Glass House Winery Falls Flat!My experience at the Glass House Winery unfortunately did not live up to the hype. The food offerings were underwhelming; the flatbread arrived cold and the laughably small dip platter was overpriced. Service was disorganized, resulting in a long wait for our meal, which we then had to retrieve ourselves. Additionally, wine could only be purchased by the bottle for outdoor consumption, not by the glass. If you serve yourself anyways way are we not able to purchase one glass of wine and take it with us, especially if you drive?we felt misled into buying expensive bottled water when tap was available to others. Overall, this visit was a frustrating disappointment.

We celebrated a birthday and anniversary yesterday at Glass House, and our service was fantastic. Crystal has been our server before, and she recognized the women in the group (I swear we don't go THAT often!), and was extremely attentive and friendly to us - as she always is. As we were wrapping up, she brought out little treats for us to celebrate our special occasions - it was such a lovely surprise! I just wanted to take a minute to thank her for her consistently wonderful service; she is such a warm and friendly server.

Loved the wine flights and recommend the warm dip platter- there was enough to share between 2 people. Service by Arianna was great. We went at 2pm on a Sunday and the noise level inside was incredibly high and distracting. Overall, highly recommend, just be prepared to yell a little to be heard over the chatter of so many people in a small space (or go during less busy times).
Everything was great except for the noise. There was a large party behind us and people were yelling overtop of others to be heard. This was my third time there - and I have found it to be extremely loud each time. If you are looking for a quiet place or want to have a conversation with your table mate, this might not be the place for you.

Krystal was a great server ! All the staff greeted us with the biggest smiles it was our first time coming here and we were impressed with the level of service and the delicious food !

We always have the BEST time at Glass House. There were 4 different birthdays being celebrated that evening. It was pretty loud but that didn't stop us from enjoying our time there. Our favorite waitress was also with other tables so we were bummed about that, but overall we absolutely LOVE Glass House, will continue to visit, and tell our friends about it.

We booked lunch yesterday, not knowing that there was a very limited menu during the week days. That was not made clear to us. Had we known that, we may not have come. Our server was fantastic, she is very good at her job and an excellent employee for the Glass House. The Restaurant was very quiet, hardly anyone there at all. Such a pretty spot, I sure that things get better for the company.

Food was delicious. Would be better if there was also an assortment of sandwiches. We were seated at a table next to bar & ppl were at the bar right behind us for a tasting. We couldn't move, uncomfortable. Service was excellent (Arianna).

Our server, Ariana, was incredible! She was bubbly, fun, attentive and went above and beyond our expectations. A friend in our group is gluten intolerant, and Ariana brought her fresh, gluten free alternatives to accommodate these dietary needs! Everything was amazing. Looking forward to going back!

Went as a party of 5 for a birthday celebration (all adults). We arrived late for our reservation on a Friday afternoon, but were greeted warmly and escorted to an available table. We all got good samples of ten wines, shared a nicely appointed charcuterie platter and were given lots of attention by our host.First rate event, found some wines we really like, and had a very pleasant time in the setting of the tasting room. I had been to Glass House a few times in the past, and always appreciated the professionalism and good overall quality.Happy to go back on this occasion and look forward more in the future.

Attended the High Vin with a group of ladies and overall it was a great experience. We had a one of the later bookings and realized that not all the items were available or being topped up. One of our friends was vegetarian and waited for a few of the heartier food items to be restocked for a while. Soups were there but no bowls and when bowls came, soups were removed. However, otherwise the set up was great. Next time I would probably just book an earlier time slot.

Booked this two months in advance and it did not disappoint! The brunch buffet was beautifully displayed and it includes a glass of sparkling wine in addition to a wine flight. It's quite far south (practically across the street from the border) but worth the drive!
Probably better for just a wine tasting stop. Tried the valentines dinner with wine pairing and it was a high end microwave dinner of sorts. Main was a large philo pastry dish that looked like a pizza pocket on an empty plate. No side, no sauce just a pizza pocket sliding around on my plate. Wine was 3 x 3oz pour, Fondue desert was chocolate sauce (not melted chocolate) and a kids spread with marshmallows, pretzels, Granny Smith apples, one strawberry and some mushy grapes? Oh, and a few pieces of store bought banana and lemon loaf? We made the best of it though! I wouldn't suggest you got for the food. Maybe just the wine and service?

Our dinner experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the 5 choices of the wine flight. We were there for a Galentine's dinner with friends and the 3 course meal was delicious, portioned well and a good value. Service by Crystal was very good, she was attentive. We will return! It was wonderful!
