Quite disappointed in the integrity of the container. I had two in a bag they gave me and one broke almost immediately. My wife said hers tasted great. Idk if I had a faulty cup or sth, I really hope this isn’t an ongoing issue. I will try here again in future.

I meant to leave this review sooner, but better late than never. Gong Cha Langley is a clean, well-kept store with genuinely kind and attentive owners who are always behind the counter, greeting guests with a smile.
I like to put every bubble tea shop I visit to the test by ordering a “Taro Strawberry Smoothie.” It’s not a typical menu item, so I was curious to see if they could accommodate the request and they did. They asked if using strawberry syrup was okay (a fair compromise), and while some shops won’t even try, they went the extra mile and made it happen.
The drink turned out great, flavorful, smooth, and served in a timely manner. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that fresh strawberries weren’t blended in, but honestly, I still left satisfied.
Thanks again for the great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

awesome bubble tea and bubble waffles! when i came there was kids fighting? it was a bit annoying but we had good customer service here and clean seating. it really threw me off that the kids were fighting and telling each other not to look at them changing or something like that? love this place
