Ordered uber eats and tofu in poke bowl was still frozen . It has just become a soggy mess… an inedible 35$ order. Would not recommend.

Just ordered 2 bowls from uber eats- They are NOT what is in the description. They used mushed up brown guacamole instead of fresh avocado, the rice was hard like it was from yesterday, and the portion was minimal. Not worth the $20 per bowl, will be going to steves poke from now on.

I ordered a Salmon bowl on UberEats and the salmon was stale. I love sushi and poke, and have eaten a lot of raw fish. This is the only time I've ever been grossed out by the look and taste of raw Salmon. I immediately reported this to UberEats.

We picked up the order after ordering through Uber Eats. It took a moment to figure out it was in a ghost kitchen in the pub (we got it fine once we checked the app instead of just looking at Google Maps for what area it's in). The bowls weren't good - the rice was refrigerated and hard, and the fish didn't look or taste fresh. The tempura flakes were also not very fresh as they bunched together, ie. were affected by moisture. The sauce flavour and veggies were fine. We've ordered from Hana Poke on Uber Eats before for delivery, but it's been a while, so I'm not sure if the quality decreased or if it was like this last time too and we forgot. We won't be reordering, at least not from the ghost kitchen.
