Ok this was my first time and it was amazing the Boba was so good and the person was so nice and when I entered the place smells amazing it smelled like my fav boba so what I'm trying to say is place amazing I recommended a thousand times

Tried my own concoction today: matcha coconut milk slushy with half brown sugar pearls. Delicious! I’m a regular customer who appreciates their use of lactose-free base, wonderful customer service, and great variety of flavours and choices. Highly recommended!

This was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are many different drinks to choose from and the price is reasonable for bubble tea. Pearls were a little hard otherwise the drinks were flavourful and refreshing.

I recently visited this bubble tea shop and had a mixed experience. My order was ready, and I quickly stepped into the washroom. With still five minutes left until closing, I was surprised when a staff member knocked twice and told me they were closing in three minutes. It felt a bit rushed and uncomfortable, especially since there was still another customer being served when I came out. I understand closing time boundaries, but a little more courtesy and patience would’ve gone a long way.
Been here over 30 times, and the bubble tea is consistently great. The drinks are amazing and the service is even better.

Hello Bubble in Langley serves decent bubble tea. I didn't notice a whole lot of depth of flavor in my milk tea, but it was still okay. Some fresh fruit options would be nice. They have frozen fruit for smoothies instead. I'm on the fence about returning to the bubble tea shop.
