I ordered for pickup on another platform, but I arrived a bit late. The staff kindly refried the fries for me，thank you! (The fresh fries were so good：）

Need to be more organized. The front guy keep taking orders but doesn’t even put the fries in the fryer. And chickens are not being cook. Just one guy running back and forth.

Really enjoy this franchise but my last visit was really sub-par, friendly service but my order was wrong and staff wouldn't correct error plus my chicken portion was smaller than ususl and ended up leaving hungry still.

My companion received the big chicken portion we normally receive from Hi Five but order was wrong too and over salted.

Hope this was just a one off bad day but heard other customers were having issues too.

Plus I discovered they removed the daily specials, what a huge disappointment, feel like maybe a new bad owner or something. KFC is starting to sound tasty again compared to this fowl experience

The chicken inside the burger is so small, dry and cold. Took me like half the burger to get to the chicken lol I’m surprised they felt okay selling this

We’ve purchased food from this location many times since it’s close to our place. Food was good when we moved to the area last year but recently we noticed that the chicken is not fresh anymore and you will notice there’s a weird smell coming from the meat, it smells like it’s on the verge of spoilage. We were also a fan of the side coleslaw but the past 2 times we purchased to go, it was not fresh and tasted really bad. I hope the management can look into this and improve the quality of food because there was a time when the food was great!

I come here every Friday and even at the time of closing but they never say no so 5 star for them. Thanks to Sadan and Tanu for making fresh chicken for me every time.

If I could add no stars i would 1st after ordering a combo cashier didnt know if it came with a drink they advertised a 3 piece combo we wanted to change the chicken type they said it would be more ok but we only received 3 pieces of chicken no combo for over $17 3 tiny pieces never again

Tried it when they 1st opened and was so so. Went today and it's much improved. Nice flavours. Nice light batter. Worth a visit.
