High Five Chicken? More like High Five to wasting your time. Their “order ahead for pick-up” option is completely useless. You place your order thinking you’ll be smart and save time, but when you show up — surprise, they haven’t even started it. Not once, not twice, but literally every single time. Expect to stand around for 30+ minutes while your stomach eats itself. What’s the point of offering pick-up if you’re just going to make people wait like walk-ins? Either fix your system or stop pretending you have one. The only thing getting a high five here is your patience — and trust me, it’s running out.

This was my first time trying this style of fried chicken and chicken sandwiches in Canada – and I have to say, it was absolutely delightful! The quality of the food was excellent – crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Special thanks to Tanu, parishkrit nd sadan – each of them took the time to make sure I had a great experience. They not only helped me choose the best items on the menu with great suggestions, but even guided me on where to park. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch that I won’t forget.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious fried chicken and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Too slow

Waited 15 mins for fresh fried pieces of chicken. I was the first to order and the last served only to receive half fresh and half old pieces of chicken. Not satisfactory when you lie to the client and tell them they are being asked to wait for freshly fried chicken.

Stood there waiting to order and was completely ignored. They even helped the person that came in after me as he was there for pickup. Left without ordering because of the horrible service.

Chicken popcorn was bland. It’s a total waste. Wings are good

It's not even funny how many times I have eaten at HiFive chicken. Let alone this location.
I would rate the chicken from the brand as a 8//10. I would rate the chicken from THIS LOCATION as a 10/10. It is miles ahead of other locations.

Let me tell you something—if I were a chicken and had to be eaten, I’d want it to be here. That’s how good this place is.

First off, the smell hits you at the door like a crispy uppercut of garlic, paprika, and dreams. I almost hugged the cashier out of sheer excitement. The menu? A spiritual experience. I ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich, and let me tell you, it didn’t just slap—it full-on dropkicked my taste buds into a new dimension.

The chicken? Juicier than gossip in a small town. Crunchier than a group chat after someone gets dumped. Perfectly seasoned, like someone’s grandma whispered secrets to the chef while holding a Bible.

Fries? Golden. Sauce? Dangerous. I caught myself dipping everything in it—fries, chicken, my fingers, a napkin. No regrets.

Staff were friendly, fast, and probably saints. I asked for extra napkins, and they brought them like they knew I was about to make a mess worthy of a food crime scene.

Final verdict: I’d trade my left shoe and my dignity to eat here again. Bring your appetite, your stretchy pants, and maybe a towel. Things are gonna get deliciously out of hand.

Would not do anything substituons. Took 25 min for 3 piece combien and was not busy , I now can see why

I was visiting a friend who recenyly moved in leterally across the street. They recommended this place. So we bought about of bigger packages for family. Most people agreed the fries are the best of any chicken places and burger places. Very crispy. The chicken was good as well. Not greasy. Much better than KFC or Churches.

Hands down the best spicy chicken sandwich!!! Lovely fresh food! So tasty! Well taken care of and clean’ the ladies are also so welcoming! Soooo gooooood!
