I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. Last night, I placed an order on UberEats but accidentally canceled it. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me, so I decided to pick up the order myself. However, the restaurant was about to close in five minutes, and I couldn't make it in time. I asked if I could come pick it up the next morning. One of the employees told me to call back in five minutes, but despite several attempts, no one answered. This lack of reliability from both the restaurant and the staff is concerning. I would advise others to avoid dining here."

Great, friendly service. Food is good but I found my gravy a bit too watery but still good. I recommend Hi Five any day. Plenty of food and drink for around $15, well for me anyway. I can usually get two meals from anywhere I go.Parking: Street parking or parking in the back of the building. I went here after 7 so not busy but sure it's busy during the day.

Amazing chicken. Better than Popeye's. I had the spicy, the roasted and regular. Juicy, tender. Savoury. I won't be going to any other fried chicken places. I am a fried chicken conneseur. Service was fast. Restaurant clean. I honestly thanked God for this chicken before and but even more after.

Was reluctant to try this restaurant as I've never heard of the chain. Luckily, we had a coupon from our local entertainment book. Staff were friendly and helpful. We bought a 10 piece and were able to try their spicy fried chicken and roasted chicken. It was flavourful and juicy. Their dips for their roasted chicken were different. French fries reminded me of Costco fries. The gravy was not good as it was watery. The biscuits would have been ok if they were fresh and warm. They tasted stale. We went with our kids and got lucky to snag the 4 person table. There's also a 2 person table, and some bar stools across the front. Overall, would come back for the chicken. Thanks for the new experience.

First, I will say that the chicken is juicy and decent, everything else was very repugnant. The lettuce tasted strangely “earthy” there was no sauce at all, I got a bbq ranch burger and tasted no ranch nor bbq whatsoever. The poutine was very lacking with almost zero gravy except the one bite that had all the gravy. Definitely not hard to find a better chicken sandwich at your local fast food chain

This is a great place to go if you are craving chicken. Service is good and food is always delicious. I work nearby and enjoy walking over to pick up my food. I have met the owners and they are very sweet and kind people.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs.

Have been here 3 times and ordered the same thing 3 times. 1st time was shortly after they opened. I got the spicy roasted chicken sanwhich combo and my son the spices chicken wrap combo. Both were great the first time. The last 2 times, there was barely any chicken. The bun on the sandwhich was literally 3× bigger than the chicken. This food isn't cheap either. The same thing goes for the wrap, the first time great, last 2 times, looked like a snacker from KFC. If you're going to charge money for an adult sized meal, bloody well provide an adult sized meal. We will not be going back as this place is a complete rip off now. I should mention as well that I suggested this place to my wife and she went to a location I'm Vancouver and it was still the same sorry sized piece of chicken. Popeyes is 100× better. This place can kick rocks! It also takes way too long to receive your order. On average, 15 to 25 min.
I order sandwich and fried chicken for togo .I got mine in 30 minute without any apology.She must be the owner or manager.I don't understand her attitude. I won't be back.And fried chicken was pretty bad fry oil must be old .chicken colour looks not good and too much oil.bad experience.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. It was nothing short of absolutely perfect. Such a family-oriented environment, and we felt so cared for while we were there. We came in as a large group of students who had been working surveys in the area and immediately we were greeted with the sweetest smile and small chat. Usually we are treated as obnoxious, however this wasn’t the case at all. We were told about deals and offerings right off the bat. And then, once we ordered, the food was so hot and fresh. It was perfect for such a freezing winter day. The fries were crunchy, warm and soft on the inside. The chickeeennn? Wowww. Crunchy, juicy and delicious. We left well fed and extremely happy, 100% SUGGEST!!!
