I never understood all the recent hype about this place. I first ate there as a boy and several times more between various closures as an adult. The food is standard old school café fare, hard to go wrong there, though in recent years overpriced. Staff generally does a great job but the vibe from the owners (2010 to present) was sometimes unwelcoming and hostile. I stopped going there after I experienced bigotry and intolerance from them. Though I know nothing about the pending new ownership, I'll give the place another shot and wish them well.

The food is excellent, good old fashioned diner fare, made me a bit nostalgic. Excellent service and atmosphere. Had the cheesesteak breakfast skillet - tasty, perfect portions, great coffee too!

Great atmosphere. Not complaining but expect to wait awhile for a table/ food if they're busy. All the food was great besides the toast :p
We went for a bite there and didn’t have to wait long to be seated. We were seated at the front counter which is by far a great dining experience for just two people. The service was on point and entertaining. I shouldn’t have to say much about how awesome the food is because IYKYK but if you don’t, then go eat there! If all else fails, just look at the photos and yes, I smashed the Mountain Burger ???
P.S. my appetizer was their Whiskey Pecan Pie, which I consider a breakfast of champions!
