Hitori Japanese Restaurant

The chicken karage was disgusting , I went with my son and we ordered that and it was so chewy / stringy and it looked like it was re fried multiple times , it was so gross I couldn’t even take more than 2 bites and we didn’t even pack it up for our dog .

Food is well priced and tasty, my only gripe was with the amount of oil that seeped outta my food into my Togo box...

The food was really good for the price I paid. The sashimi was very fresh and good decent cuts. I got the Hitori 4. The deep fried shrimp was the star of the show. The sushi was really flavorful and the rice was perfectly cooked. It was a nice sampler dish and its the perfert portion for lunch. I also ordered the ebi sunomono which was very refreshing, a bit too much vinegar taste for me since I like drinking the mixture the salad comes in. Overall such a great experience for my first time eating here.

After coming here for 4 years now it's STILL Great fresh sushi always! Preparation and Presentation is 5Star as is the Freshness with staff service to match... I highly recommend it!

Hitori Sushi has been a consistent well priced and quality sushi place for years. When I am in the area I always try stop by. Their sashimi is fresh and of a good size. The ebi mayo is always hot and crispy.

If one sticks to the combos it is a value. When one goes all special rolls… it can be $40+. Regardless a good place to eat in the area

We ordered from Hitori last night for the first time and are fully impressed. We loved the tofu twist and their original take in the house roll. Nice vibe here. We'be back.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I ordered some chicken teriyaki rolls to go. They were made quickly and tasted great. Definitely will be back to try more. Staff were very friendly too!

What a pleasant surprise! I love sushi and having no idea what to expect finding sushi in Aldergrove deciding to order food at Hitori was a blessed privilege! Authentic Japanese food being made by authentic Japanese folks which is few and far between in the big city these days! Arigato and sugoi tomodachi ??
