The food was really good for the price I paid. The sashimi was very fresh and good decent cuts. I got the Hitori 4. The deep fried shrimp was the star of the show. The sushi was really flavorful and the rice was perfectly cooked. It was a nice sampler dish and its the perfert portion for lunch. Hitori Sushi has been a consistent well priced and quality sushi place for years. When I am in the area I always try stop by. Their sashimi is fresh and of a good size. The ebi mayo is always hot and crispy.
If one sticks to the combos it is a value. When one goes all special rolls… it can be $40+. Regardless a good place to eat in the area
